Unwind in this serene, elegantly designed space. Presented by an experienced host, Welcome to our 2-story, 2,056 sqft house, built in 1994. Boasting 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, our property features a lush fenced backyard complete with a private pool.

Our space comfortably accommodates 10 guests with 5 beds in 4 bedrooms.

Second Floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms:
Master Bedroom: King bed, walk-in closet, extra comforter, hangers, ensuite bath with shower and tub, desk, chair, and Smart TV.
Bedroom: Queen bed, closet (extra comforter, hangers), desk, chair, Smart TV, ceiling fan.
Bedroom: Queen bed, closet (extra comforter, hangers), desk, chair, Smart TV, ceiling fan.
Bedroom: Spacious room with Queen bed and full bed, two closets, extra comforter, hangers, ceiling fan, desk, chair, and end tables.
Central air heating/cooling is controlled by a thermostat in the 2nd floor hallway.

First Floor:
Living Area: Spacious with high ceilings, featuring a 58" Samsung 4K Smart TV. Enjoy the record player; please note, no cable or fireplace use.
Dual Dining Areas: Two roomy tables for dining and chats.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, gas range) and cooking and dining essentials.
Coffee Station: Features a Brew machine, French pot, and a range of coffee, tea, and accompaniments.
Laundry: Complimentary washer, dryer, and starter essentials like detergent. Ironing facilities included.
1st Floor: A half bathroom for your convenience.

Pool (unheated): Typical swim season is May–September. The pool is usually uncovered Mar 15–Oct 31; depends. Depth 3–8 ft; sloped middle.

Enjoy full access to the house excluding the garage and two closets on the 1st floor for storage purposes.
There are outdoor cameras for front of the house and the backyard.

Parking: 4 driveway spots. If full, use 2 street spots by the mailbox (face traffic). Max 6 cars.

Came to town to visit my elder grandparents. The house was incredibly clean and host was easy to get in touch with. Had so many things for babies like high chair, bassinet, pack n play, and toys! Would stay here again!
