Kitchen/Dinning Area: Open concept Kitching leading into family room. Fully stocked Kitchen with all cooking essentials needed for a family meal, including an intimate dinning space and table to share a meal and watch the fire.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with premium King size bed, Attached bathroom, ceiling fan, flat screen mounted Smart TV. Mountain views from the bedroom window!

Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with tub/shower combo and single vanity. Attached to master bedroom with additional door to hallway/laundry room.

Bedroom 2: Second bedroom with King size bed, ceiling fan, attached private full bathroom and walk in closet

Back Deck: Covered Upper level deck with stunning Mountain views! With plenty of outdoor seating including custom rocking chairs, benches and outdoor dining table. • Furry friends are welcome! We love dogs and are happily DOG FRIENDLY. We just ask no more than 2 dogs w/out approval. Please no cats due to allergies.

• The entire exterior of the property is treated with scheduled pest management. With that being said, the property is in the mountains, so an occasional bug sighting comes with the territory.
