Welcome to Bella and Dulce's Lakehouse! Enjoy the serenity of a private wooded lot while taking a dip in the refreshing pool or roasting marshmallows by the firepit. Enjoy serenity on a private wooded lot with a refreshing pool and firepit. Inside, the chef's kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms ensure comfort. Cozy up by the stone fireplace or relax on the screened porch. Just 90 minutes from Chicago, this lake house is the perfect escape for relaxation and fun.

Union Pier offers a serene escape with its beautiful sandy beaches and charming small-town vibe. Visitors can indulge in the local flavors at St. Julian Winery and Distillery or explore the artisanal crafts at the Antique Mall of Union Pier. For those seeking outdoor adventures, the area provides ample opportunities for water sports like kayaking, paddleboarding, or jet skiing, and bike rentals at Red Arrow Ride.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

The pool is seasonal and will be open from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day. Specific Open and closure dates are scheduled by the local pool vendor.

We welcome up to 2 dogs at this home at no additional charge. Please include the number of pets you plan to bring or let our team know after booking. 

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

Awesome property

I have been renting in the area for years. I have never found a place as nice as this one. It is incredible. Everything you could need and want from the kitchen to the screened porch to the bedrooms. amazing. We could only stay two nights......but I wish I could live here. You will not be disappointed. I can not tell you one negative thing and Diana was great to work with.
