3. All guests must complete LoftJC’s online check-in process to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.
4. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
5. Guests may not book a reservation in their city of residence or for a third party without the host's prior consent. If you are from the greater Montreal area or booking for someone else, please contact us first.
Instant reservations of this nature are not allowed, and we reserve the right to cancel such bookings without notice or guest consent. Please contact us if you're booking within your city.
6. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including in private balconies and shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a 500 CAD and more fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages.
7. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited.
8. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.

10. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit.

In case of a major emergency or valid concerns (such as electrical or plumbing issues, unauthorized pets, smoking indoors, overcrowding, excessive noise complaints, or other serious matters), our team reserves the right to enter the apartment without the guest's prior consent to safeguard the property's condition.
12. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.
