Blue House is a spectacular place due to its location since it has spectacular beaches, rivers, tourist places, gastronomic experiences and areas of great fun. In addition, it offers you the comfort to relax after a day of lots of fun. You can plan your outdoor BBQ day with the necessary comfort in the outdoor patio. You can also play board games that both children and adults like. Enjoy an excellent vacation with your family or friends where you will not regret it. I share some places near Blue House.

Close to activites

We stayed for the week and most of our activities like kayaking, snorkeing, were no more than 15 or 20 min away.

Hidden gem in Fajardo

This is hands down the best place I’ve rented in PR. The location is amazing closed to the marina, restaurants and places to have fun. The place was well equipped, clean and spacious. The communication with the owners was great. I would definitely come back again next time.

Family vacation for bio bay!

The stay was amazing! The property has everything you need for a vacation in Puerto Rico. It was very close to a bunch of beautiful beaches. And it wasn’t far from the ferry to Vieques for the bio bay. The hosts were very quick to respond with all answers. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Amazing place!

We stayed a few days on the East Side of the island and I was super impressed with the cleanliness and all the amenities at the place. Nereida was very attentive in responding to my messages. And almost anything you can think of was there at our disposal. Also a great location. About 10-15 min from different beaches. (The seven seas beach was beautiful.) We'll definitely look for this place the next time we come.

Wonderful Stay

The property was clean, neat, well organized and had everything you need for your stay. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and the welcome gift was a welcome addition. I would gladly come back to this location again in the future.

The house was beautiful, my family enjoyed our stay. The sound of the Coqui and the amazing A/C topped it off. The neughborhood was peaceful. The home was very clean, spotless, and smelled good too. Elegant. This is where i would want to stay again when i come back.

Great house for a family

Very nice and clean house in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the welcome gift. The nearby Seven Seas Beach is great and safe for families. Not far from the house you can find a Walmart, a supermarket and plenty of places to dine. The AC works very well. It's also near a highway that goes to San Juan or to the beaches down south.

Wonderful vacation in PR

this house was perfect for us-4 friends traveling together. It was very nicely appointed and decorated. It had 2 bathrooms, which were a must. While not near the beaches, with our rental car, we had easy access. Ralph's Supermarket was nearby and the neighborhood was quiet.The only real complaint was that the water from the tap did not taste great so we had to buy bottled water.

Home was perfect for the trip. The host answered any questions or concerns we had. The host was able to answer the call when we arrived around 1:30am and help guide us to the house b/c our taxi was confused. We asked the host on recommendation for things to do with our kids and wasn’t led wrong. Overall great experience!!

A beautiful Get Away!

When we first drove down the street toward the house, we were all a little bit concerned about the looks of the neighborhood. How wrong we were! We soon learned that the burglar bars are just a part of Puerto Rican architecture. The house is absolutely beautiful. We had no problems, except the water for the shower would get hot and cold. Other than that we could not be more pleased!

wonderful local property with great convenience in Fajardo

This was a wonderful value for our family of 7. The house is an appropriate size, recently renovated, and very clean, with all the conveniences expected (including beach chairs, beach towels, games, washer/dryer, full kitchen). The neighborhood is a local residential neighborhood, so definitely not a resort-type area, but it was quite safe and the local feel was exactly what we were looking for in a stay. The yard is also nice to hang out in. We drove out most days to visit El Yunque, the beaches, and shopping centers are nearby - overall very convenient and I would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Excellent place to stay!!!

This is an ideal place to stay for a family of 4 - 6 people! Its nice and cozy! The place is exactly as in the picture...this place is in the corner of the 2 roads and with a dead end - so its good for parking etc. All rooms including living room has A/C so no issues! Beach umbrella, chair, towel provided - so no need to carry your own! Washer / Dryer in excellent condition! Excellent host with a quick response! Easy check in process! House is very clean and will highly recommend this place!

Perfect House in the Perfect Location

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The beautiful, ultra clean home was in the perfect location for us. Close to beaches, great restaurants, El Yunque and San Juan. It is in an established neighborhood which we enjoy living like and with locals when we travel. Communication with Nedska was timely and informative. The house itself was SO sparkling clean. The pictures are totally accurate. Our adult family had plenty of room to spread out. Each room has its own air conditioning unit so we were all comfortable. And, there is full provision of beach gear (chairs, towels, a cooler). Best of all, the house has a generator which was much appreciated during the major power outage the island experienced while we were there. Believe the outstanding reviews and believe me that this is the place to stay for your Puerto Rico adventure!

Perfect home / host

Everything was just perfect. Nedska and husband were both very attentive and helpful no issues at all. The rental pictures show exactly what you walk into a beautiful clean home with everything you need to be comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet . There is a Walmart, Burger King, McDonald’s, Chinese restaurant supermarket everything and anything you need basically in the area .They have Tesla solar panels if power goes out which rarely happens the solar panels kick in. I would definitely be booking with then again.

Beautiful clean house

This house is very nice, newly renovated, very clean and welcoming. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler. The location is good - a short drive to grocery stores and nice beaches. We appreciated having a bbq, laundry and parking at the house. Communication with the owner was great. If you plan on cooking your meals here, you may want to pack a serving bowl and some dish towels. There is no dishwasher or back up generator on site, but we still felt this property offered good value for what we paid and we would return!
