Bright and breezy

A brand new property that is really well laid out. Also located well with a walkway behind offering distance to the neighbours. The house itself is bright and airy. Although there was no air conditioning (and it was a really hot weekend) we could open all the doors and let in some fresh air. Couldn't do thatvat night because of the bugs coming in so thats wasn't too good. The supermarket is nice and close. Because the property is so new, some areas hadn't been completed outdoors. Some shade on the deck would be beneficial (like a louvre roof) to protect from the weather. Overall experience was great.
