Perched above the Sunset Strip with panoramic views, the Hollywood Hills "Sky suite villa" is a private, peaceful escape from city life with world-class restaurants, shopping and nightlife of the Sunset Strip & Beverly Hills within close reach, conveniently located behind the famous Chateau Marmont Hotel. About the Property:
A gated entry welcomes you to this multi-level property. The open floor plan allows for natural light and effortless indoor-outdoor living.
The primary bedroom has the most dazzling views of LA and is located upstairs in the main house with a modern loft-style design with open floor plan. Guests sleep in style & comfort in the attached 1B/1B guesthouse suite and the pool is the perfect spot for soaking up the sun and enjoying happy upbeat vibes of LA.
Upstairs, across the hall from the principle bedroom is another small bedroom with flat screen tv. This bedroom #3 is furnished with queen size bed.
The guest-house has a designated office/work space. It is attached to the primary house (adjacent to the kitchen) and has an exterior entrance accessible from the terrace. The jacuzzi is located on the terrace and the pool is solar heated.
The main house is 2Bedrooms/1.5 Bathrooms and there is an attached Guest House with 1Bedroom/1Bathroom. Both bedrooms in the main house are located upstairs.
The principal bedroom is designed with a loft-style that overlooks the living room area. It has a King size bed and flat screen Tv. There is a door to the bedroom and a glass partition-wall that is open to the living room as shown in the photos. The smaller bedroom upstairs is located across the hall from the principle bedroom it has a queen size bed, flat screen tv, and a small window that lets in natural light. The Guest house is furnished with a Queen size bed, a love seat that converts to a twin bed, and a designated office area with desk. There are 3 stairs to the entrance of the guest house.
Additional things to know:
- We have the house professionally cleaned & we provide new linens (sheets/ towels) for our guest.
Very Important to Note:
- This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and neighbors must be respected. Absolutely no parties or outdoor events.
- Quiet hours in the Hollywood hills are from 10pm - 8am.
- No smoking permitted in interior areas
- Guest are required to provide photo ID for check-in.
- Guest are required to sign the owner's rental agreement with house rules prior to check in. We will send a rental agreement to guest once the reservation has been made.
- Utility bills are paid separately by guest. Guest will be provided a copy of utility bills at the end of their stay and the amount will be withheld from the deposit prior to its return or paid separately.
- The security deposit is $5,000 USD and will be refunded less the cost of any damages/utilities.
- Guests will be required to purchase vacation rental property damage Insurance ($119). Once your reservation is confirmed we will provide you with the insurance link.
- Pets & service animals will be considered with an additional cleaning fee to restore the property to its original hypoallergenic condition.
- There are security cameras in exterior areas only and they are located in the car-port & entry points of the property to provide security.
- Additional house cleaning can be arranged for guest upon request.
