If you're looking for a friends or family getaway, this Pocono home has everything you need!
There are three levels: The first level is a huge living area with a pool table and foosball table (new and not yet pictured), couch, huge TV, electric fireplace, full bathroom, and two bedrooms full of bunk/single beds that lends itself to be known as the "kids level." There are huge built-ins to hang up your ski equipment or beach towels and commercial-sized washer and dryer are on this level.
The middle level is the heart of the home. The classic Pocono chalet-style wall of windows lets in gorgeous natural light to the open floor plan livingroom, dining room, kitchen. There are 2 queen bedrooms and a full bathroom in the back. The front door opens to a huge deck with a grill and plenty of seating.
The top floor starts with a cozy loft with a sofa and the best views in the whole house (out the front and side windows to watch the local wildlife or see friends arriving!) and leads into the enormous master bedroom. There's a sitting area, a king sized bed and a full bathroom. You can look down at the outdoor hot tub from the master bedroom windows.
The backyard patio with seating and hot tub (pictures are coming!) complete the experience of this home.

Whether it's day drinking at a brewery, getting the kids on the slopes, hanging in the Locust Lake Community lakes and beaches, or just relaxing in our hot tub, there's always something great waiting for us there!

So many things make our Poconos property unique.
First, location! Pocono Lake is close to everything. There's something for everybody including outlet shopping, excellent food, skiing, indoor water parks, casinos, hiking, waterfalls, breweries, wineries, boating, fishing, and so much more all no more than 20 mins away.
Next is our home. It's cozy enough for a relaxing girls weekend, but big enough to host college friends and their families for a long reunion weekend. There are three levels: The first level is a huge living area with a pool table and foosball table (new and not yet pictured), couch, huge TV, electric fireplace, full bathroom, and two rooms full of bunk beds that lends itself to be known as the "kids level." There are huge built-ins to hang up your ski equipment or beach towels.

The community offers 3 lakes with beaches, boat, kayak and paddleboard rentals, tennis courts, volleyball courts, live music, a community chalet with various activities for adults and kids, a ski hill that features a 900-foot long run with a 150-foot vertical drop and T-bar lift line.
