Thank you for your feedback—we’re so glad you enjoyed the setting, the comfortable beds, the deck, and your overall family vacation! We always appreciate hearing what guests enjoy, as well as where expectations may not have aligned. Regarding the kitchen: while it is not advertised as a chef’s kitchen, we do strive to keep it very well stocked for the average guest's needs. We provide multiple coffee makers (drip, K-cup, and French press), a blender, toaster, microwave, crock pot, hand mixer, hot water kettle, and a full array of utensils for both indoor cooking and grilling. We also offer a generous starter supply of coffee and a variety of spices to help guests get settled. We do not stock perishable food items, as that is not typical or safe practice for vacation rentals, but guests will often find a few extras left behind (such as cooking oil or pantry items) as a courtesy. Thanks again for staying with us—we’re always open to suggestions and continually look for ways to improve the experience for our guests.
