Wonderful

Out stay was great! The house was well organized and clean. Communication was good with the rental agency. We were able to get help when we needed it. It was a beautiful home with a lot of character.

Property is in a neighborhood

Stay wasnt that good. House was huge as described but too many maintenance issues during stay. Response good but the problems werent fixed till we left. Also in a neighborhood and houses nearby. Not an ideal location for large groups especially with kids

Large home

It’s an old home with lots of character. Beds not tremendously comfortable. The house had a pool but the pool is in Tybee island which I missed in the booking, it didn’t end up being a big deal with rain for most of the stay. Overall a good place to stay with lots of people and pretty convenient to most everything. There’s more TVs than you would know what to do with!

Beautiful, spacious house close to everything!

This house is the spot to stay in if you are looking for Savannah vacation rentals! It was exactly as depicted in the photos on the website and the team in the rental office was so absolutely helpful each time I had questions. About 14 friends and I stayed at this location for a bachelorette party. This home was spacious and came fully stocked with amenities. I've stayed in multiple rental homes before where appliances were not working and things were missing that were advertised. Not the case with this place. Everything was clean and spotless! The location is also very convenient and just a 5 minute drive to the action which was great because it was quiet and peaceful at night. I would definitely recommend this Savannah vacation rental to all my friends and family!!

The perfect getaway!

This property was just perfect! We stayed here for our honeymoon and found it to be so tranquil. Everything was just as described in the listing in homeaway.com and Savannah Vaction Rentals. The furnishings here are mornern yet had a very vintage feel. The old fireplaces and hardwood floors really give you a feel like you are staying in a historic Savannah site and is so much more charming than staying in a hotel or condo. It was extremely clean and was well equipped for any basic need. The personal touches were everywhere from the adorable throw pillows to the Myers brand hand soap. The kitchen had everything you need, even some snacks and spices. The outdoor screened in patio was perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings and figuring out what to explore in Savannah that day. The location at first seemed a little out of the way but this actually turned out to be one of the best features of the property. It was steps from Forsyth Park and the historic districts and yet was tucked away in a back lane away from the hustle and bustle. We were very happy to have our own parking spot on this property as it can be tricky to find street parking in this area. The only minor thing I would say needed improvement is the screened in patio roof could be fixed so that when it rains you could still sit out there. It has several leaks and it rained a good amount while we where there so we couldn't use it on those days. But other than that tiny thing, this place is ideal and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
