Alegre is a classic northside Santa Fe Style condo in one of Santa Fe’s most beloved districts, just a ten minute walk to the Plaza. This home has the perfect layout for two couples. With viga ceilings, hardwood floors, and Southwestern art throughout, Alegre is warm, inviting, and conveys a traditional atmosphere.



LIVING AREA

The living is centered around a large kiva fireplace. Coupled with an abundance of Southwestern art, the living space expertly conveys the unique aesthetic of Santa Fe. The living room features a sleeper sofa to allow for flexible sleeping arrangements.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook from home, and the hand-carved dining table provides a perfect spot for up to four people to enjoy the meal.



BED AND BATH

The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bath. The guest bedroom also has a king bed, and a bathroom just outside the door. Both bedrooms have TVs.
