Luxury 6 bed 4 bath pool villa within Windsor Hills- New Photographs March 2026

Luxury 6 bedrooms ( 2 King, 2 Queen and 2 Twin) with 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite), games room, a swimming pool and hot spa. Just 2 miles (5-10 mins) from Disney World Orlando.

Villa is our second homes therefore we have painstakingly gone out of our way to make it 'a home from home’.

Recently re-modelled with new flooring and furniture downstairs and new bedding upstairs.

Flagstone villa include the following features:
(1) High quality solid wood furniture imported for England
(2) Six bedroom - Two King (both ensuite), Two Queen (one with adjoining bathroom), twin rooms themed bedrooms
(3) Fully fitted granite kitchen with large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle.
(4) Laundry with separate washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron.
(5) Cable TV with cable package. DVD player in master and second bedroom
(6) Large screen LCD TV in family room with cable package and Netflix.
(7) South / South-west facing heated pool and spa. Our pool and pool deck area receive sunshine from about 10 am until sunset. Backs onto Mystic Dunes golf course. We have no neighbours that directly back onto us providing privacy to the pool deck area. Rattan pool furniture. Safety fence across pool.
(8) Games room with slate pool table, foosball table, two play stations in Kids rooms, five tennis rackets. Three sets of golf clubs (third set of female clubs)
(9) Computer with unlimited high speed (>250mbps) internet access including plum wireless internet.
(10) Various board games.
(11) All linen and bath and pool towels provided.
(12) Optional extras include international calling, pool/spa heating, gas BBQ.
(13) 800 metres from the clubhouse
(14) Baby equipment includes pack’n’play, high chair and stroller We can move equipment around as needed.

Thank you Jeff and Ash for allowing our fanily to use your home for our vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to get home after a long day at the park to use the spa. This was our first experience of using VRBO we will be using it again on our next family vacation.

Fantastic Property

Property was all that it was advertised to be. A lovely home for us to spend three weeks in, with plenty of room for all the family. Loved the privacy of the pool at the back. Ideally situated for the Disney parks and plenty of supermarkets and places to eat nearby.

Fabulous Stay

Flagstone Villa was exactly as described. The beds were super comfy and plenty of extra bed linen, towels and pool towels. Jeff and Ash were amazing to deal with and any queries we had prior to arrival and during our stay were answered immediately. The villa is so convenient to attractions, theme parks and shops . I would have no hesitation in recommending Flagstone Villa to family and friends. Thank you Ash and Jeff for a very memorable vacation.

Amazing home and hosts!

I've been renting from VRBO for over 15 years and this was the single best experience I've ever had. I found out 48 hours before our flight to Florida that we had been scammed on our original rental. VRBO won't refund until 24 hours before check in, which gave me a very short window to find replacement housing and I started to panic. As soon as I got the refund from VRBO, I searched for similar properties and found the Flagstone Villa. I messaged Jeff and explained our situation, and within an hour he had us booked and was already e-mailing us documents about the home, resort and check in process! Jeff truly went above and beyond, creating these organized documents with every bit of information we could need. On top of that, he e-mailed me to let me know about changes to the toll system, even though that didn't directly affect his rental. He checked in with me by message when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. He checked in again right before departure. The house was immaculate and was exactly as it looked in pictures, The kitchen had the basic things needed for cooking and they were kind enough to leave dish soap and laundry detergent. There were helpful notes left around the house, which I appreciated.Overall, this was the best VRBO experience and nicest property we've ever rented. We are very thankful to Jeff! 10/10

What a blast! Comfy beds, something for everyone to do. Game room, video games, pool and hot tub. Room to spread out or hang out. Well stocked! We had 2 families with 4 kids total. Close to Disney, Walmart, and grocery store!

We are two university friends. Having met over 30 years ago, we have remained friends ever since. We bought the property between us so that our families could spend time together.

Why they chose this property

We choose Florida because of the year round weather. Its only a 12 hour journey for us from the UK door to door.

We choose Windsor Hills because it is secure, managed by the resort so it is in pristine condition and extremely close to all the restaurants and parks. It has easy access to all the major road and just 30 mins from the airport. We visit several times each year and as such we have kept the home to a very high condition.

What makes this property unique

GENUINE south facing pool and no rear neighbours ensure our sunny pool is not overlooked. The short 9 minute drive to Disney via the back road allows you to miss all the heavy traffic. We thoroughly enjoy a few cold beers when we are visiting Epcot especially.
