The house is open-concept, with 2 indoor living spaces, a large fully stocked kitchen, and a dining area. Included, is high-speed fiber optics WiFi and smart TV’s throughout the house. The main living area includes a 75” Smart TV. There is a King size master with an en suite bath, a Queen size master with an en suite bath, a queen size 3rd bedroom, a pull-out couch in a living area, and a detached room in the backyard with two twin size beds. The shed also has a dedicated workstation with a desk & chair.
THE BACKYARD
The backyard includes large pool with a sun-shelf and waterfall. There is a 7-person hot tub and 9 lounging chairs throughout the space. There is a covered patio with a 10ft dining table, a smart TV, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge and a grill. There is an additional covered pergola with an outdoor lounge area and a propane fireplace.
