A Great Unit Steps Away from the Slopes

We loved staying in this condo! It was clean, the bed was comfy, and the natural light coming in all day was wonderful. Big couch for lounging, a fully equipped kitchen, lots of hot water in the shower, what else do you need? Steps away from the lifts and a storage locker made hubby very happy with his ski days.

Steps from American Eagle lift, the location is as convenient as it gets. And, for a studio, it also has a full galley kitchen with all the amenities you need. Nice king size bed plus a pull out sofa bed for a small family. Ski locker on the ground floor.

Excellent location

Excellent location. Walk out next to Eagle BBQ and you’re in the base area. Studio is a little dated. Some furniture is broken. Kitchen is equipped with “garage sale” items. Looks all original equipment - so dated. But you don’t come here for the accommodation - you come here for the location Ski or ride all day and get off the snow just steps away from the entrance. Would definitely stay again.

Copper Triangle Digs

In the area for the Copper Triangle ride, this location was a convenient spot to get to the start. It was comfortable and met our needs. No surprises, we had everything we needed within walking distance.

Excelente location to lifts

The unit was comfortable — good mattresses for sleeping; quiet at night; well equipped kitchen and great access to the villages and lifts. The unit does need upgrading. The heat never rose above 62 degrees even after maintenance checked the thermostat. The laundry room floods nonstop and one of the dryers will not accept coins for operation.

Super convenient

We had plenty of space and all amenities needed. Nice king bed; great location - fun to watch the groomers drive by outside our balcony in the evenings. The carpet could use deep cleaning or replacing. Garage parking is convenient but spaces are VERY small. The heat never seemed to get above 65 even though we kept turning up the thermostat. There is a space heater (I think) in the closet, but didn't use it. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo in Copper

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was a pleasant surprise. It was clean and spacious, and the location was so convenient for our bicycle tour, right in the center of the village. It's proximity to the slopes would make it an even better location during ski season! Even though we had a parking permit for the underground parking area, at first all of the spaces were taken. Fortunately a space was vacated once we had unloaded and were preparing to head for the overflow lot, which was a mile away. As we had our bicycles with us, that parking garage was important to a satisfying stay.

enjoyed the location ski in and Ski out.

When checking in at 4pm. Parking seemed to be over crowed. I'm sure some vehicles were not from the building. Window parking passes may have been helpful in our check in Envelop. Called the building manager about the parking situation. Our parking pass was missing. We had to go back to the office to pick up parking pass. They were very apologetic about the parking situation. I felt some locals were taking advantage of the covered parking at the building especially on Saturday. They were cooking breakfast in front of their car.

Nice location but needs improvement

The location of this property is great. However, the parking is terrible (SUPER tight spots that are always full), the elevator was out of order for half our stay, our unit wouldn’t get any warmer than 62 degrees, and the kitchen cabinet drawers are lethal!! So parking is terrible, we drive a large SUV and couldn’t even fit into the tight spots! There is no luggage cart to haul up all your ski gear. The apartment was super COLD. When I called at 6:30 am I was told they’d have someone there within 30 minutes…. 7 hours later someone came to fix it. My husband had to eat breakfast in a hat and ski coat! It was ridiculous! The stairs were super fun to navigate in ski boots when the elevator was out of commission! Finally the kitchen cabinets do not have anything to prevent them from being pulled out completely! It’s very easy to pull the drawer completely out tumbling all the silverware and knifes onto your feet! Super fun, if you find that your toes are nearly for show!! This building needs some serious upgrades and the unit itself needs improvement!

Great location for skiing at Copper. Parking was really really tight to the point of being afraid of damaging car getting in and out of spot. Also didn’t seem to have enough parking spots for complex.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had a great location just outside the American Eagle lift. The two wishes we had were live TV to watch some NCAA basketball and someone to fix a very loud leaking issue coming from the ceiling or roof. The latter made sleeping a challenge.

We love its location to the slopes and center village.We will definitely stay there again. The only negative is the elevator was down the first couple of days. The unit was located in a great spot with views of the slope and American Eagle Lift. The ability to ski-in and out was a major plus. The family had lessons in West Village which was a quick shuttle ride away with the stop just steps from the unit. I recommend Copper Vacations as your host for a Copper Mountain retreat.

Could have used another electrical outlet for charging devices and batteries; may bring a power bar next time. Very neat fireplace and helped keeping the room warm. Eagle BBQ is just below the unit.
