Promenade sur paisibles plages de sable blanc, idéales pour la baignade et la plongée en apnée, se détendre et bronzer à la piscine privée et à la fin de la journée, profiter des couchers de soleil éblouissant avec une boisson fraîche tropicale.

Le salon ouvre sur la belle terrasse de la piscine avec salle à manger en plein air et des chaises pour se détendre. Ouvrez les portes françaises de la cuisine attenante à la piscine et le jardin tropical. Profitez d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec fours doubles, de cuisson, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, tous les Ustensiles de cuisson- plus un barbecue près de la piscine.

Owner and Manager were both great and very welcoming. If you want to be away from Paradise Island, this is a nice spot. We liked Cabbage Beach on Paradise Island the best.

Beautiful and Relaxing

The property was exactly as advertised with great access to all parts of the island. We had beautiful views and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The hosts were amazing and very helpful! The property came with great recommendations for local restaurants and excursions that did not disappoint!!

Nice Bahamian Place

Our family of 5 adults and 1 year old had a great time here. The house is laid out well to give everyone privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and grounds were well kept. Our host - Phyllis was super helpful in making recommendations for beaches and restaurants. She also found a high chair that we could use.

Location location

Property was as described and photos were current. Fantastic location for those who want privacy and peace. Views are amazing. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend renting a car, cabs are expensive. Owner and property manager were helpful and very responsive. House accommodated our family of 5 adults comfortably. I would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful view in quiet neighborhood

The view when entering the home alone is worth choosing this rental when visiting Nassau. I visited in August 2018 with my family, it comfortably accommodated 5 adults. We also appreciated having 3 full bathrooms. If you stay here, definitely get a rental car, as many roads do not have sidewalks, which makes walking sometimes challenging, depending on the time of day. If you stay here, I highly recommend visiting the less busy western side of the island. We really enjoyed our first trip to the Bahamas.

Beautiful Beaches

I came with my two adult children and their partners. Very comfortable for up to 6 adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with large and small appliances plus all the little gadgets and tools you can imagine. Security is better than most places I have rented. Pool is clean and refreshing, and a short walk across the road is a little-used white sand beach with shade trees. Property management is responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location and Host, Tired Property

We travelled to Nassau over Christmas of 2024 and had a wonderful holiday. The condo is in a fantastic location near the ocean on the north side of the island, close to the airport. Overall our stay was enjoyable, the Host was communicative and helpful prior to our arrival, offering information about the condo, and provided suggestions for activities, dining, etc. While there were many positives to our trip, and specifically our stay in this VRBO, it must be noted that this is clearly a holiday home for the Host, and seemingly none of the fixtures, finishes or fittings have been updated in the last 20 years. At the time of our booking the listing stated "luxury" and "gourmet", and while the space may have reflected this when it was initially built, it has not kept up with the times. The major and small kitchen appliances all appear to be original to the 1990's, the countertops are tile with dirt filled grout, and the cabinet doors are worn from years of use and exposure to humidity and salt air. The bedrooms are as shown in the photos, and we found the mattresses to be comfortable, though we would recommend bringing your own pillows. Also, as there were only four of us, the third bedroom was not made up, and the availability of bath towels, hand towels and face cloths were limited, though the Mgr helped us with the first two. Overall the condo is in a great location, and the space was usable and enjoyed, though not meeting today's standards of fit and finish.

The linen closet is fully stocked for all guests. The property is a private house not a condo as mentioned in a wonderful safe gated community.

Wonderful property; Amazing location. Peaceful and Relaxing.

Faultless. Wonderful property in a great quiet location, but still close enough (short drive) to restaurants, supermarkets etc.. The pool was lovely and the garden and property were very well maintained. If you fancy a dip in the crystal blue ocean, then its just a short walk to the end of the driveway! The Owners and Rental Manager were amazing, really helpful and hospitable. Lovely family vacation.

Absolute Gem

It was an absolute pleasure staying in this hidden gem. Clean, quiet, and everything you could possibly need. GREAT kitchen, which enabled us to plan and cook and just hang out. Outside space was perfect. It really felt like home. For another beach, turn right on beach and walk to a great sandy spot for hanging out, and swimming. The owners were so attentive and they have a solid and reliable person on island who can and will stop by to further answer anything. It is so nice to just stay where you are, but if you like to go out, a car is a must. We loved nearby spa for pampering and nice restaurants. Great movie theater too.

This home is set at a beautiful location west of downtown. The house has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The pool is very nice and the ocean is a very short walk away. The owner was extremely accommodating and helpful, before and during out stay. We loved our trip here!

Perfect accommodations for our family

Having never been to the Bahamas, I was not sure where to stay or what we were in for. To summarize, we were in for an exquisite treat. The ride from the airport to this beach front house was about five minutes. All of a sudden we found ourselves on white sand, blue seas, and a wonderful, homey-feeling house just a few yards to the beach. The owner and managers were over the top helpful both before and during our stay. That may have been the best treat of all-- the ease of arriving and feeling welcomed. House is great, was perfect for us and our three kids and a nanny. When we head back to Nassau, I sure hope this place isn't booked! Location wise, it is west of downtown a bit, and requires a driver or a car, however, we took the bus from right in front of the house and it was easy and cheap. I was not disappointed in any aspect of this property, and felt safe and welcome the entire time. Thanks for all the TLC!

Lovely peaceful property

We had a wonderful time in this home it was in a very quiet area with nice neighbors. The property is very well maintained and looked after by a wonderful person who takes pride in his work. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and the beach was only a few minutes walk from the house. We could leave the patio doors open at night and hear the waves of the ocean. The amenities are excellent everything you could want in the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable along with lovely linens and towels. The locations is not far to drive to many restaurants and grocery stores.

A delightful and wonderful getaway!

A wedding anniversary and a daughter's vacation coincided. We wanted a getaway that would accommodate both, Here at this lovely property off the beaten path from busy Nassau we found it. A slice of paradise just a few steps from a lovely beach, a complete home with privacy, solitude, modern day comforts, beautiful pool, gracious bedrooms with en-suite baths, fully stocked kitchen with every gadget needed and a manager and owner that offered so many restaurant recommendations and activities suggestions we needed far more days than our stay permitted. A car is a must and although initially were reticent to rent one and drive it on the "wrong" side of the road, we quickly overcame our fears for the freedom to roam the lovely West End of Nassau. From the local conch salad bar at the side of the road to the beautiful and delicious restaurant where we celebrated our special day and the beautiful local fresh market every stop became a delightful experience. Forget the noise of Nassau and Paradise Island, stay at this lovely home and find a relaxing peaceful time. Would definitely return to this slice of paradise!

Perfect for young families

We traveled with 2 toddlers. The one floor, open plan house was perfect for us. The bedrooms were easily accessible but far enough away that the toddlers were able to nap while we sat on the patio/ in the backyard and relaxed. The beach was also a short walk from the house so short that our 2 little ones walked to the beach with us each day were were there. The house has a fully equipped kitchen (a must with little ones) and internet access and a pool (which can be heated). The house was also in a great location close to the airport (but pin drop quiet - not under the flight path) and close to a grocery store and some lovely local restaurants (Chives & The Travelers Rest). There were also farmers markets nearby on Wednesday and Saturdays - a highlight for the kids as they also got to walk through a stone sculpture garden and a vegetable garden! It was very relaxing; the sea breezes made the patio the ideal place to eat, chat or enjoy a glass of wine. Also the property manager, Karen, was most helpful. She helped us arrange playpens/cribs for the toddlers and could also arrange for groceries etc to be delivered in advance. Great spot which I would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with a great beach close by. Renting a car is highly recommended.

Beautiful!!

A beautiful vacation home in a perfect location. A clean, modern, private villa with everything you could ask for. Gourmet kitchen, dining & living room, three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer. Each day we could choose taking a dip in the pool or walking down to swim at the beach. Usually, we would do both...and, of course, sunset strolls on the beach every night! The view from the villa truly is spectacular...beautiful blue ocean and we were able to see the cruise ships in the distance on their way into Atlantis. Steps away from beaches and a short drive to grocery stores, shopping and wonderful restaurants. Can’t wait to go back again!!
