Private area and close to our family

For our purposes, the location was very close to family. The Owner was attentive to all our questions and requests and immediately replied. The location was roomy for additional family to visit and an enjoyable backyard for nice weather.

Great stay

William was very attentive and was always available to talk to at any moment. He left at some silverware for our kids and a playpen for the baby. We were grateful for his place.

Unique Quiet Home

This house was very unique. It is obviously well loved. Bill was communicative and there were good instructions left for us. Only thing not in the listing was the RV parked in the driveway that has someone living in it. We felt safe and did not ask questions, but would be good to note.

worst ever

VRBO,did not do their homework at all.The place was filthy as well as full of cockerroaches.The owner did bring in someone to take care of that problem.We coudn't open a single window or door for fresh air,the screens were all broken.The vents, returns and fans were filthy.We have been renting in Floorida for 17 years, this was the worst ever.
