This stylish second-floor unit offers a relaxing and well-appointed space for your stay. Both bedrooms feature plush queen beds with quality linens and pillows, along with 40” TVs and complimentary Netflix. The cozy living room includes a sofa bed, additional seating, and a 50” TV—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with cookware, oil, spices, and essentials, along with a coffee, tea, and hot chocolate station. Guests are also provided with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for added convenience.

Step outside to enjoy your private deck—an ideal spot for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The property also includes a dedicated parking area at the back of the home and seamless smart check-in and check-out.

Located in historic Lincolnville, the neighborhood is known for its charm, character, and welcoming atmosphere. A short stroll down Washington Street brings you straight into the heart of downtown.

We’re also happy to share that the former neighborhood chicken coop has been rehomed, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay in this classic downtown setting.

Our property is within walking distance of downtown St. Augustine, historic attractions, restaurants, and the Nights of Lights festivities. For the most pleasant walk into downtown, we recommend taking Oneida Street or MLK Avenue toward the historic district and main attractions.

Please note that downtown parking garages can reach up to $40 during peak Nights of Lights season. To make visiting easier, the City also offers free Park & Ride shuttle options during busy event weekends and holiday periods.
