Amazing Ski Trip

Such an amazing house. Everything was great and the location was straight across the street from the lift. We were worried about skiing on Tuesday, the lift isnt open on Monday or Tuesday, but you can call a shuttle to come get you. Everything was great. I highly recommend it. All the dishes you need and all the comforts of home with lots of snow. Thank you for an amazing vacation...

We had a wonderful stay!

We actually did not stay at this property - but stayed at another property that is managed by the same company. The day before we were supposed to begin our stay at this property, Kelly emailed me that the fireplace was not working correctly and we should not use it. I emailed her back to let her know that having a woodburning fireplace was one of the reasons that we decided to rent. Kelly went above and beyond and found us the second property that had a working woodburning fireplace by the end of the day. I would most definitely look to rent from this property management company again. They were extremely communicative and accommodating. Thank you, Kelly for making our stay so very wonderful!

Great Location for Low Key stay

The check-in process was very good. I couldn’t get a link to open the guestbook from the app, but was able to enter it into my browser and the review was fine. Parking is sufficient, but not ample with no street parking (although it fit our party’s needs with the garage and driveway space). The kitchen provided enough space to work and prepare our meals with no feeling of being cramped. The ice maker, though, was frozen solid and took a bit to clean and get working, but worked fine afterward. Note that the coffeemaker is a cone-filter model, but the filters at the time of check-in were for traditional baskets. Not a big deal if you know ahead of time that you may need some as a first-thing-in-the-morning discovery can be frustrating. That said, it offered ample space to relax, chat and enjoy each other’s company in a beautiful setting.

Hi Jarod, thanks so much for your thoughtful review! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed Alpine Escape and had a great time with your crew. We unfortunately aren't able to make the link to the Digital Guidebook clickable on the VRBO app, as it's a software function through VRBO. We also are super sorry the icemaker was frozen--our team should be checking that and making sure it's ready to use. We also appreciate the feedback that you had the wrong type of coffee filter--these are all items that we hope our guests let us know during the stay so we can make it right for you! Thanks again for your feedback, we take it super seriously and will use it to improve our processes for our next guests! Cheers, Brian Kelly | Bespoke Properties

Great Stay At Alpine Escape at Tamarack Resort

Thank you Bespoke Properties for the great accommodations at Tamarack Resort. The condo/house was as described and extra nice touches like a welcome basket and coffee/filters were amazing! The unit was spacious, warm, cozy and convenient. The only item outside of their control, but good to know for future reference is that the "Ski out" ability was contingent upon the Buttercup Lift being open and it was only open Wed-Sun. You could still ski down Buttercup (right to your door- almost literally) but you had to drive or get a free shuttle from the condo to the base area to start your day. Not a problem at all and the shuttle was super easy and on demand. The hot tub was great after a day of riding and cooking was a breeze thanks to all of the labeling of cabinets. Overall, there was a lot of attention to detail from Bespoke and we will definitely be back!
