The space
Located within a serene gated community, this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and nature. Enjoy a spacious yard adorned with lush gardens, fruit trees, a large patio, and a refreshing pool—your own private paradise.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully prepared with all your essentials, from soft bedding and memory foam pillows to plush, comfortable mattresses. The master suite features a spa-inspired ensuite with a full-size soaking tub, a luxurious rain shower, and a generous walk-in closet complete with cozy robes and slippers.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern, high-tech appliances—making it easy to prepare your favorite meals with ease. Relax with a drink at the elegant bar, or have some fun playing exciting arcade games.

There is a long-term rental studio unit within the property that is occupied by a single person. It is located on the other side of the house. It has a separate entrance away from the main house.

The yard/lawn, patio and pool, front garden and entrance is separated by a fence for full privacy and security.

Please note: In accordance with Hawai‘i state law, this property may not be rented for fewer than 30 consecutive days. Rental rates will remain fixed and will not be prorated or adjusted based on the number of days the home is occupied within the 30-day rental period.

Our ‘ohana—our family—lived in this home for about eight years before moving to Italy. Over time, we poured a lot of love into it, shaping it into what it is today. The property features a wide, green lawn, vibrant gardens filled with native Hawaiian plants, flowering shrubs, and a variety of fruit trees including avocado, lemon, and tangerine. The refreshing pool is the perfect reward after a long day, and the spacious patio offers both a cozy sectional and an outdoor dining area. At the front, you’ll find a peaceful Zen garden with beautiful wild monstera. Lush plants and trees surround the entire home, creating a private oasis.

It is quiet, serene, and deeply peaceful. Our family of four cherished every moment here. While the interior is very comfortable, we often preferred dining outside so we could listen to the birds and watch them fly through the trees. Many evenings, we stayed outdoors until nightfall without realizing how much time had passed.

Why they chose this property

The house is located within a gated property. As you drive in, you’ll see various trees, birds, and even roosters and hens wandering with their chicks. A river creek runs along the neighborhood, and our home enjoys a lovely view of it.

We’ve always had wonderful neighbors—don’t hesitate to say hello! Each property in the area sits on an acre of land, offering plenty of privacy, open space, and a quiet atmosphere.

What makes this property unique


Before leaving Oahu, my husband and I spent time refreshing the home with brand-new appliances, new floors, fresh paint, and new furniture. We want our guests to feel just as at home here as we did.

This home brought our family so much joy and peace, which is why we named it “The Hau‘oli House,” meaning the house of joy. We hope it brings the same joy to you during your stay.
