We enjoyed our stay at 88 Canoe in Tan-Tar-A! The location was exactly what we were looking for—close to everything within Tan-Tar-A/Margaritaville. Renting a golf cart made getting around easy and fun, and we’d definitely recommend it.The house was clean, easy to find, and spacious enough for our family of four. It sits along the golf course, and we loved relaxing on the screened-in porch watching deer and other wildlife. The AC worked well, there was plenty of hot water, and the beds had lots of pillows.A few things to note: the galley-style kitchen can feel tight if more than one person is cooking. The washer and dryer are in the kitchen, and the washer is quite loud. The TVs are small, and the living room could use more lighting. The shower is narrow, though the glass doors help. The bath towels seemed brand new and weren’t very absorbent at first. We also noticed the dishes had a strong cleaner smell, so we left them out of the cabinets and drawers. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of a grill. Pool access was also confusing due to mixed Tan-Tar-A/Margaritaville info, and our code didn’t work, though another guest helped us in. The pools were nice, We recommend Big Surf aka Super Splash Waterpark.Hosts were very responsive. Overall, a bit dated but clean, comfortable, and a good fit for our needs
