Modern 1 bed Apt with Sea View over Burriana Beach
Located on the sought after Capistrano Playa complex, this newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment with stunning views of Nerja´s famous Burriana Beach is an ideal holiday retreat for couples.
Access to this apartment is very easy with very few stairs and parking is nearby.
Once inside the apartment you are afforded fantastic views from the private south easterly sunny terrace.
The apartment offers an open plan living room and kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and all the usual appliances required for a self-catering holiday.
The lounge is furnished with a sofa and armchair and has a TV with international channels. There is also free WiFi.
The apartment has air conditioning / heating in the lounge and bedroom.
The bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and the patio doors lead onto the private terrace which is furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers and offers an ideal area for sunbathing or dining al fresco there is also a barbecue.
The bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and washbasin.
The complex has 2 communal pools, 1 for adults and 1 splash pool for children with a depth of 40cm, with grass and shaded areas as well as sun loungers for hire. There is also a snack bar by the pool.
Communal pool (non-heated), open from beginning of March to end of October from 10h to 20h.
To access Burriana Beach, it’s only a few minutes walk down through Capistrano Playa’s tropical gardens. This will lead you to the beach front with promenade where you will find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and a host of water sports in the summer months (kayaking, parasailing, diving centre, jet skis, pedalos and more).
Burriana Beach has showers, sunbeds for rent, children's play areas, volleyball courts.
Balcon de Europa is approximately a 20 minute walk away.
There is a regular local bus service within a few minutes walk from the apartment.

Beach: 5-8 minutes by walk
Golf: 27 kilometers
Nerja Centre: 20 minutes by walk
