This New-Construction Town House is in the heart of Chattanooga’s Southside. A few minutes walk to an endless array of coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Just around the corner from the Chattanooga Choo Choo where you can find even more restaurants, coffee shops, a comedy club, arcade, bakeries, and bars.
Staying-in is just as amenable with a porch and a balcony to enjoy Chattanooga’s beautiful weather. We are located inside a gated community with a great outdoor space. The social yard includes ping pong, grills, cornhole, and more. This 2 bed and 2.5 bath is supplemented with a comfortable sleeper sofa for additional guests.
Utilize the office space in the primary bedroom with the fastest wi-fi in the country and enjoy plenty coffee and tea to get you through the work day.

Great Getaway VRBO!

3 day Trip to lovely Chattanooga

We had a wonderful time and Marki went above and beyond helping with tips on what sights to see and restaurants to go to. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was a gated and safe area that was really close to all the attractions. Thank you and we will be back...so much more to do & visit.

VINTAGE MARKET DAYS

We enjiyed ournstay at yourbapartment. Only priblem was stairs . I am not a young oup anymore. I do recommend this place for anyone who doesnt mind stairs!! We loved it. Loved the location.

Great walkable location!

Full disclosure! We moved from the area last May so we knew this location was the perfect spot for our weekend visit. We have friends who live in the same complex. It was a great townhouse and it is convenient to walk to the Main Street area to eat! We also had an event that was just down the road at Common House, which is also walkable. The house was clean, well stocked, and is in a quiet gated community. When we are back in Chattanooga we will definitely see if this is available!

Super quiet and comfortable townhouse!

This townhouse was just what we needed for the weekend! Well stocked, clean, and quiet! It was a quick drive to the aquarium area and the restaurants we tried!

Comfortable and Affordable

The property was very nice and as described. The property owner was very pleasant, communicative and responsive. My mom, her friends and I found it to be a great place to stay over our girls' weekend. The beds were comfortable and the space was ample. There were a few minor cleaning issues but the host was very open to feedback and they were not things that would stop me from booking here again. One thing I would make sure to note is there are two full flights of stairs- one from the garage to the main level and one more up to the bedrooms. They could be difficult for some to maneuver. I stay in Chatt a lot and would definitely stay here again!

Great location and comfortable stay.

We were in town for a couple of days and to see a show at the Walker Theater. We were able to walk mostly everywhere and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. The unit was very well decorated, spacious, and so comfortable. Marki was a great host and provided awesome communication. We would definitely stay again!

Clean and close to downtown!

We were in town for a wedding. This property was very close to downtown. Lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Honey seed was one of our favorites! We had a bit of trouble getting the gate to the complex open, but it was not the owners fault, the gate was broken. The property owner went out of their way to provide us a clicker to get in since the guest entry gate was broken. We did find the lock on the garage door (used for entry) to be a little confusing, as the numbers moved around each time you attempted to use the lock. Barring the very minor inconveniences with entry, we had a great stay. The property was clean and had all the necessities. We would definitely come back.

As described, clean and walking distance to sights

3 girlfriends stayed the weekend at the condo. Marki, the owner, was very communicative and offered early check-in which is always appreciated. We were all from out of state so unfamiliar with the area. The condo complex is located on a very busy commercial street (car dealerships etc), fortunately the condo is an interior facing building. The walking distance to restaurants/shuttle to the river etc. was terrific and we walked all weekend. The condo looked like the pictures however important to note there are two sets of steep stairs within the condo. We had larger suitcases and it was a work out to get them up the first set only to realize there was a second set to the bedrooms. Also upon arrival we realized there was no electricity in the kitchen area/no internet. We contacted Marki who quickly suggested to try the fuse box. A fuse was tripped so easy to fix, did not happen again during our stay.

Perfect for our weekend stay in Chattanooga

The property was clean, updated (new unit!) well furnished and the listing photos were very accurate to the actual property. Location was easily walkable to all the downtown shops and restaurants and check in/check out was a breeze. The owners were very quick to respond to communication throughout the process and were very accommodating when we had trouble with the door lock system and brought us a key immediately. Was a great stay!

Townhome was new and nice. My only complaint would be floors were not real clean. Dirty under furniture. But otherwise great place to stay. Host very nice. Easy to get to everything.
