Just steps away from everything that downtown Providence has to offer is our beautifully furnished upscale apartment with a view of the city & courtyard. This space offers a large fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, high speed internet, 55" smart TV w/Disney+ & Netflix. The building has a fitness center, heated lap pool, BBQ & picnic area, a concierge, resident lounge & covered parking. No car needed, we are just a short walk to all shops, restaurants, the mall & amazing Waterfire!
The space
One of the most desirable views in the building overlooking the courtyard and the city! We have all new furnishings, hard-surface plank flooring, a full bath with laundry in-unit and a fully equipped kitchen for that hometown meal! Plus, all towels and linens are provided.
** Special note: For the health and safety of all our guests, we thoroughly clean and sanitize ALL surfaces including but not limited to handles, doorknobs, light switches, and remotes.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire unit, the gym, the pool and all common areas in the building.
Other things to note
We welcome long term stays! We offer a 10% discount for a minimum 7 day stay and a 15% discount for a minimum 30 day stay!

We are in the heart of Providence! All attractions in the city are within walking distance to our place. We are also near the famous "Waterfire" which includes performance stages, art and food vendor, and the Starry, Starry Night installation in Memorial Park as part of their full lightings!
