Beautiful just as pictured! Great location while visiting granddaughter at USCB college. Would definitely stay again! Loved that it had a parking spot and while I am not a coffee person has a great coffee bar!
An absolutely beautiful property in pristine condition. Emily and her family were responsive and thoughtful, and the property had everything we could want. The location was perfect, allowing us to walk all over the historic district. We will definitely be back!
My mom and I were attending the marine boot camp graduation and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This was perfectly located and very cozy. It had everything we needed and the host was easy to get in touch with. Will stay here again if we need a getaway.
Highly recommended!

From the start, Emily was a fantastic host. Her communication was great. Online accuracy was spot on. The location was easy for walking to Bay Street. Amenities were just what we needed. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
The listing exactly as described. It was spotless and had everything you needed. We loved how convenient it was to Bay st, and the location. It was decorated beautifully and couldn’t have asked for a cuter place to stay. The host went above and beyond our expectations. We would definitely visit again!
The property was just right for me (or a couple). Fabulous espresso machine (which I didn't know how to use :) and a Keurig supplied with K cups. Safe neighborhood and walkable to many places. Highly recommendated!
What a wonderful time we had in Beaufort. Our accommodations, set in the middle of a quiet neighborhood in the historic district, were lovely. The place was just right for the two of us. Kitchen was well-equipped. Everything was just as advertised, and our hostess was easy to contact. Thank you for having us! :)
We absolutely loved our time at this charming property in downtown Beaufort. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the waterfront, shops, and some of the best restaurants in town. We enjoyed peaceful morning walks through the neighborhood. The home itself was beautifully maintained and had all the comforts we needed. It was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully decorated with touches that reflected the local charm. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen made it easy to prepare meals when we didn’t feel like dining out.Emily is the best and was communicative and friendly, offering great recommendations and making sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for a relaxing, walkable, and memorable stay in Beaufort, I highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely be back!
Overall, the experience was satisfactory, although there were some areas that could be improved upon. Specifically, there were instances of uncleanliness, such as the presence of old coffee in the coffeemaker and bottles strewn across the porch chairs. Additionally, the noise level from the upstairs neighbors was disruptive during nighttime hours.

Hello Kaye,
Thanks so much for staying with us. I’m sorry to hear your stay wasn’t exceptional. I didn’t realize the home was that way for your arrival, but if you had reached out at all during your stay I would have been happy to come over and take care of those things for you. Typically when I don’t hear anything from guests I assume everything is good. I’ll discuss these things with my housekeeper as well.
Thanks again,
Emily
