Beautifully remodeled, spacious floating home on the sought-after Liberty Dock. Breathtaking views from this spacious house. This floating home is conveniently located and includes all of the amenities you need for a relaxing Sausalito vacation.

About the house:
- Located halfway down Liberty Dock, you enter the first floor with the chef's kitchen on the right with an open floor plan to the living room/dining area, including a large screen TV (including viewing options) and options for music from the central soundbar or Alexa video/speaker.
- This opens to the balcony where you can enjoy breakfast, happy hour and dinner out above the water with endless views. A BBQ (electric) is available for grilling as the sun sets.
- Down from the balcony is the float (over the water) where the kayaks are stored. We have two 2-person kayaks to enjoy paddles on the bay and fun with the seals and otters.
- From the main area, you walk up a short flight of stairs into the "Pilot House", a completely remodeled ship's navigator cabin (that is comfortable and a unique touch) that features two twin beds and a desk, monitor and printer as a nice office area as well.
- Downstairs, you come to the guest bathroom and then a few more steps down is the hallway for the living space.
- The guest bedroom is here (queen bed) and at the end of the hallway, with a glorious working picture window, is the primary bedroom suite (Cal kind bed) with bathroom.

Dine over the water and for the chefs, a full chefs kitchen awaits. Newly remodeled houseboat with endless views and conveniently located near downtown Sausalito or within easy reach of the Golden Gate Bridge, Marin Headlands, Muir Woods, Mill Valley and Tiburon. Includes 2 parking spaces.

Spring, Summer and Fall are active on the docks with lots of music, art events, festivals and outdoor activities.
