Esta propiedad es asombrosa! Excelentes vistas a la montaña dentro y fuera del alquiler. El alquiler está en un vecindario muy bonito y pequeño.
Este es un dúplex. Tienes el lado izquierdo del dúplex. Tienes tu propia terraza para contemplar las montañas y la entrada a tu alquiler.

El primer piso tiene una cocina completa y una mesa para cuatro.
La cocina incluye, estufa, lavaplatos, microondas, refrigerador, fregadero, cafetera y tostadora. También ofrecemos jabón para platos, vainas para lavar platos, jabón para manos, paños de cocina, toallas de papel, filtros de café y servilletas.
El salón está justo al lado de la cocina con medio baño. Las vistas a la montaña desde la sala de estar son impresionantes. La sala tiene un sofá y un sillón reclinable. Hay un televisor en la sala de estar con cable.
El medio baño está al lado de la sala de estar. Proporcionamos suficiente papel higiénico para algunas noches y jabón de manos.
El 2do piso:
 Cuando subes por las escaleras, hay una sala de estar con excelentes vistas de las montañas. Esta sala de estar también se puede utilizar como dormitorio. Tiene un futón que se puede extraer y convertir en una cama de tamaño completo.
El baño completo tiene bañera / ducha. Proporcionaremos toallas y paños para cada huésped. También proporcionará suficiente papel higiénico durante unos días, jabón para manos y gel de baño. El baño está entre la sala de estar y el dormitorio.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y techos abovedados.
Hay un gran armario dentro de la habitación.

Hay 2 televisores de alta definición. Y WIFI ilimitado.

Amamos a los perros pero tenemos algunas pautas. Antes de reservar, consulte con nosotros y dénos una descripción de sus perros (tipo, tamaño, edad, temperamento, casa entrenada, etc.) Se aplica una tarifa por mascota de $ 50 por un perro.

La propiedad tiene su propio sendero frente al río para pescar, nadar y relajarse. El agua proviene del depósito, por lo que está muy limpia. La trucha se almacena todos los años. Este sendero privado y área del río se utiliza para los huéspedes en cada alquiler y uso de los administradores.

Puede alquilar un lado o ambos lados para 2 o más familias.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

This home is convenient to all areas we were visiting in the area. It was very clean and well stocked. Lindsay was quick to respond to all questions, and very helpful! The porch was perfect for mountain views and morning coffee, and watching the fireflies in the evenings.

Everything was great here. Bed and linens were comfortable, all necessary items were stocked and available for us, location was close to everything and the duplex was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

nice stay in Asheville

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable, The TV was confusing, but we finally figured it out. The only aspect I didn't like was that we had to keep our dog on a leash in the backyard because of the small children next door. We never say any children or adults. Just heard a dog barking inside.

Perfect - But Caution to Those With Bad Knees

We loved this place! The view of the Blue Ridge Mountains is fantastic! Immaculate, convenient to everything, roomy and chock full of clean towels, soap, laundry soap, dishwashing detergent, even a kitchen junk drawer with scissors, pen, etc. The stairs, however, are on the high side and pose a difficulty to those with knee arthritis (me.) My husband, who has no arthritis, agreed that the stairs were higher than usual. I’m sure the stairs conform to the required building code, but I was uncomfortable. I coped by going up and down the stairs as little as possible. I also got a soft knee brace from the nearby grocery store, which helped. If you have bad knees should you stay here? Only you can answer the question. Except for the stairs, this apartment is wonderful., and fairly priced.

Great View! Easy access

The property was perfect for our needs. The views were amazing, and the space was clean. The kitchen was well appointed which helped us quite a bit. I wouldn’t hesitate to cook full meals here. It was easy access to the Parkway, Folk Art Center, I-40, and a convenient Ingle’s 5min away. Asheville Mall is only 10-15 away as well. The River access was quite a treat, but beware the trail is for sure footed folks only. Small children and elderly won’t enjoy it. It’s off camber and pretty steep. Communication was very clear with the host, and there is lots of documentation in the notebook. All said, we enjoyed the space, and we got what we paid for. This space was in our budget. I was slightly disappointed in the furniture and bedding. It’s all pretty budget. The King sized bed is a wire metal frame only, no box spring, and a fairly thin mattress. Kind of like a really nice pull out couch. The 2nd bed appeared to be a futon, but we didn’t use it. The space is well appointed for its purpose, but it’s 1000% a rental property and shows some wear and tear. You won’t get the location and convenience for a better price in town, if you want something nicer you’ll have to pay for it.

Weekend Getaway with Beautiful Views

Great option for Asheville weekend.

Everything went very well during our stay. Lindsey was super communicative and very easy to contact. Duplex was very clean and description was accurate. The views are beautiful and the trail down to the river was great. Would definitely stay again.

Hiking the Area

I met a friend from KY here to go hike around the waterfalls & peaks that surround Asheville. The property is in a great location for exploring the area & visiting Asheville. The home was awesome! Very clean, comfortable & had everything we needed. The property manager was very available & helpful the entire time. Would stay here again. Appreciate you guys!

Enjoyed our stay

Great views from deck, short drive to parks, restaurants and downtown Asheville. Mt Mitchell is about an hour drive. Worth it! Blue Ridge Parkway is a beautiful drive! Owner was responsive and friendly.

A great getaway!

Lindsay, the property manager was there to greet me. The condition of the townhouse was absolutely excellent and very well equipped. It was wonderful to see the mountains from the deck and enjoy the cooler weather. The property is conveniently located near all the highways and the Builtmore Village was 15 minutes away.

Location was perfect

The townhouse was very clean and just as described with plenty of windows to look outside at the mountain tops. The location to downtown was a very quick and easy drive. My pup and I had a very nice and safe stay and enjoyed the walks to the river.

A little slice of heaven on the Blue Ridge!

I spent 2 weeks here and it was wonderful. The view, amazing, the location, peaceful and serene but only a few minutes from grocery stores, etc. The Parkway exit was less than 5 miles from the location and made an easy trip up to the Arboretum and the Folk Art Center. I was working from the location and the wifi was completely reliable. The house was outfitted with everything you could need. The host even had a doggie basket complete with water bowl and toys! I cannot tell you how welcomed I felt and how safe I felt during my stay. Sometimes you take a leap of faith and it works out better than you ever imagined. 5 stars all the way! Thank you Lindsay!

Great place in great location

We had an amazing 7 night stay here! Lindsay was super to communicate with and very accommodating of a last-minute schedule change. For us the place a super convenient base for visiting the area - right next door to blue ridge Parkway for hiking and biking and only a short drive into Asheville for food and breweries. The house was very comfortable and well equipped, and the mountain view from second floor was stunning. Grateful that our dog was also welcome here. We'd definitely stay again!

Great home with mountain views

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The duplex has great views of the mountains and access to a trail down to the river. The property was clean and well appointed. Lindsay was very pleasant to work with and I appreciated her attentiveness.

I am Lindsay the manager of this rental and many others. Bob who is my dad decided to retire and I took over. I have enjoyed staying home with my 2 children while running a family run business. I am here for our guest with any suggestions or needs they might have.

Bob (who has retired) the owner has been a General Contractor and Realtor for over 25 years. Building over 100 homes in the area.
I started the vacation rental business in 2010 and have been building more as the interest has increased. We now have five rentals.
