    Seven miles northwest of Prescott off Iron Springs Road, this 400-acre pine forested site includes a 13-acre cross country area open to ATVs and trail bikes, 8 miles of designated trails for ATVs and trail bikes, and a beginner's course for vehicles under 90cc. 20 miles of motorized trails, 2 cross-country areas, as well as a designated children's area. UTVs and four-wheel drive vehicles are not allowed since the vehicle spans greater than 50 inches. The main pit is a former gravel pit at 6,200 foot elevation just below Granite Mountain.     Located just minutes away from nearby Flagstaff, this 7-mile trail system is open to both quads and motorcycles and winds through a beautiful pine forest. Trails are fairly easy and form nice loops. Camping is not permitted at the staging area however is permitted off of Forest Roads 240 or 78A. The trail system is closed during winter months however generally re-opens around April.

    The Flagstaff Nordic Center Lodge is located at the highest point on Highway 180 at an elevation of approximately 8,000 feet. Snow will typically last longer here than at other nearby locations because of the higher elevation.     Watson Lake is located about 4 miles from downtown Prescott, and features fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, rock climbing, camping and day picnicking. Watson's water surface is about 380 surface acres and is distinguished by its sky blue calm waters surrounded by granite boulders. Watson Lake is one of two reservoirs at the Granite Dells, near Prescott, that was formed in the early 1900s when the Chino Valley Irrigation District built a dam on Granite Creek. The City of Prescott bought the reservoir and surrounding land in 1997 to preserve it as recreational land.

    Lynx Lake is a 55-acre lake set amidst tall pines in the cool Bradshaw Mountains high country just a few miles southeast of Prescott. Lynx Lake is at 5,500 foot elevation, and the cool, refreshing summer temperatures attract a many visitors wanting to escape the desert heat. Lynx features boating, fishing, camping, hiking and tranquil solitude. Swimming in the lake is prohibited. Access to the lake has been provided for the physically challenged. Only boats with electric motors are permitted on the lake, but the calm sapphire waters are ideal for kayaking, sailing and canoeing enthusiasts. Boat rentals are available at the Lynx Lake Store, open from late spring to early fall (closed on Mondays).

About the owner: Hi, my name is Oscar Stein and this is my house. There would normally be a photo of me here, but VRBO thinks that's a bit silly. You see, I'm a dog. My parents love this home and its wonderful for pups like myself. Lots of room for horses as well!
