INSIDE THE HOME
Living room: The open concept living room features large windows, perfect for viewing Granite Mountain and Thumb Butte. Guests may enjoy streaming their favorite shows on the 55 inch TV or cozying up to the gas fireplace.

Kitchen: The kitchen has been well stocked with everything you may need. Please note, there is not a full size oven. Appliances include refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, countertop oven and more. The dining table features seating for four.

Bedroom1: This bedroom features a king size bed, bed side tables, lamps, a Tv and closet space.

Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a king size bed, bedside tables, lamps, Tv and closet.

Bathroom 1: This bathroom is located in the hallway. It features a shower/tub combo, a double sink vanity and toilet. It is stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Laundry area: Hidden in the garage, you will find the washer and dryer with a supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets for your use. Additional supplies may be found here as well.

OUTSIDE
Thumb Butte Tranquility Terrace offers a beautiful deck area with views of Granite Mountain and Thumb Butte, perfect for dinner and the sunset. Complete with BBQ grill, comfortable seating, table and chairs.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. The $115 pet fee will be charged and payable through Airbnb once you've made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee.

Rules and Policies
You must be at least 25 to rent. Only registered guests at the property, let us know if you are planning on having outside guests at any time during your stay.

PMI Northern Arizona is a Full Service Property Management company, we do have and require a Property/Region Specific Vacation Rental Agreement be signed separate from what is required by Airbnb. This contract will be sent after Airbnb confirms the booking with our office.

Pets or no pets: It’s the guest’s responsibility to make PMI Northern Arizona aware of a service animal or emotional support animal that will be staying at the property before check in. Once made aware, you will be sent an email of our policy on this matter. When we’ve confirmed your service or emotional support animal, you’re required to sign an Animal Addendum in addition to the standard contract.

Guests will be sent check-in instructions three days prior to arrival.

PMI Northern Arizona may be reached 24/7, guests may use app or contact information from the welcome book.
STANDARD HOUSE RULES

•     No smoking Allowed.
•     No pets allowed without prior consent.
•     No unregistered guests allowed.
•     Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
•     Please respect the noise curfew (10pm-6am).
•     Please turn the thermostat to the desired temperature.
•     Please respect check-in and check-out times.
•     Please take care of the furnishings.
•     Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
•     Please do your dishes.
•     Please take out your trash before you leave.
•     No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
VACATION CODE OF HONOR: Only registered guests are permitted to enjoy the property, home and amenities at all times. Please do not jeopardize your stay by permitting guests and/or visitors other than those listed on your agreement. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we adhere to, abide by the Golden Rule.
