Escape to the Lazy Llano Lodge for secluded river relaxation. Located on the North Llano River, our private home is the perfect retreat spot for all sorts of gatherings. Relax in the cool waters of the North Llano river and take in the tranquil scenery. Wildlife is abundant and this is a perfect spot for astronomers, photographers and bird watchers. Work remote or get creative, the possibilities are endless. Our home can provide a great experience for all sorts of trips.

Relaxing river stay

Relaxing and peaceful stay. One minimal hiccup, they were fast to respond. Highly recommend.

City Get Away

We loved the property it was very secluded and private. Was in town for a hunt near by but honestly the home/area is great for even a city get away. Very spacious home & area outside for many things to do. The host was great and very responsive to all questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Birthday bash

Went to go stargazing from the 4th to the 6th, weather ended being a problem. Just enjoyed the property and played board games. Still a great time!

Excellent Host and Property

I greatly enjoyed working with Tasso, the property’s host. They were very easy to communicate with and worked with me to accommodate some unique needs. The property was so serene and beautiful. The home was exceptionally well appointed and spacious. I had fun introducing my kids to their record player and their enjoyably eclectic album collection made for the perfect soundtrack to our stay. We look forward to visiting again.

Great Home and Spectacular View

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, immaculate, comfortable, pet friendly, home. We enjoyed the spectacular view of the river, watching wildlife, and numerous convenient amenities, my favorite, an enormous kitchen and dining area. We would not have stayed here except for the pet policy allowing our dog to stay with us. The description of the home was exactly correct, to include precise directions to the secluded location. The owner was prompt and courteous with messages. We look forward to staying again in the near future.

Perfect Peace and Quiet

We booked the property as a stop over on our way from Houston to New Mexico and back again. It provided a very restful retreat from the road. We greatly enjoyed the beauty and seclusion of the river front property. The surrounding property was full of deer, turkey, and other wildlife. We all enjoyed watching them roam around. My son enjoyed getting a bit of fishing in down on the river. The whole family enjoyed exploring the river and playing in the water. The spacious home was the perfect space to come back to after our adventures around the property. We’re looking forward to escaping here again but next time for a longer stay!

We have a special section of the North Llano that is calm, deep and private. Excellent for floating on a tube or chasing fish with the fly rod.
