Villa Juhara is a spectacular place to stay. We were fortunate enough to stay here for a week after a busy 2 weeks in Orlando visiting the theme parks. It was a fabulous place to relax and enjoy the facilities and local area. The villa has been built and furnished to the very highest standards but it is also incredibly practical and has everything you could ever need to make a holiday property feel like a home. So clean, so modern and so comfortable. The location In Cape Coral is very good and it is situated on one of the beautiful canals and provides amazing sunset views in the evening. The neighborhood was lovely and also very quiet during our stay and it provided a great base to visit Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers. We loved making use of the swimming pool as a family and the outdoor space is perfect. Harald was great throughout, very good with communications all the way from booking the property last year. He also helped us greatly by accommodating a late check out on our day of departure. Tanja was also very helpful and was on hand in Cape Coral to help with anything we needed. One of the very best holiday homes I have ever stayed in and I hope we will be back at Villa Juhara in the next few years.

The property was as advertised. The communication with Michael the owner was excellent as we had some special needs. The view and access to the water couldn’t have been better. I would definitely recommend the property

We chose this property because it had a boat dock with Gulf access. Great property, with nice pool and plenty of space. We enjoyed the barbecue and boat trips. First time in Cape Coral but will return.

A lovely clean and welcoming villa equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay, dock and pool had a wonderful outlook onto the canal, would definitely recommend for a stress free vacation.

We travelled over from the UK and this house was perfect. Communication with the house managers was fast and efficient. House is modern, clean and well equipped. Location was great, kids loved the swimming pool. We will be booking to stay again at this property.
