Holiday house Alegria is located at 5 min. walk from the sea, and at the same distance from the Lumbarda village center. House is located in an authentic part of the village where mainly locals live.
It is composed of two separate apartments that which comes out perfect for families or two groups traveling together. .
Each apartment is on its own floor. Both have washing machine, lot of outer space, excellent Wifi coverage. Parking is right in front of the house.
The house has a pool of 30 sqm. Half of the pool has 1m depth while other half has 1,5 m depth which makes it very suitable for both adults and children.
Everything is at walking distance. Beaches are on 5 to 15 minutes from the house, as well as the village center, shops and main restaurants.
Few best local wineries are also nearby.
