This house is an open floor plan from the living room to the kitchen. In this home you will find two bedrooms and two full sized bathrooms with shower and bathtub. In each room you will find a queen size bed with a twin bed. One of the rooms is a Master bedroom with its own private bathroom. The other full size bathroom is located in the hallway. In the livingroom you will is a flat screen TV with a Ruko connection to see shows or movies on NetFlex, some minor renovations the kitchen with fully equipped kitchen amenities. This house is conveniently located in the city where minutes away from Costco, Walmart, grocery stores, and shopping centers and countless restaurants as mentioned above.

Convenient Location

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Here is the good and the bad. Good: The Owner was very easy to deal with, quick communication. The property was conveniently located. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Bad: cleaning could have been better - it was surface cleaned good but a few issues we had were the floor was filthy, making our feet and socks black, one of the cabinets in the kitchen smelled, the refrigerator smelled, the backyard could be tidied up, there was only slightly warm water in the master bath shower and there was a smell in the small room in the master bedroom. Of course, most of these cleaning issues could be taken care of quickly and it wouldn't stop me from renting again. It would have been great to have some cleaning supplies and vacuum or mop.

This neighborhood I choose because I was born and raised in Los Angeles! I chosed this community because its a great community and I attended the schools in the area in my childhood! The most of all its in a very centralized location close to beaches, amusement parks and many more to mention!

What makes this property unique

Don't need a car to get around for sight seeing. Walking one block and half can take you to the Metro Station and take you to various locations for a very low fee! And if your arriving from LAX there is also a FREE shuttle that will take you one block and half to your listing!
