The stay met expectation for the price. Happy to have it due the the ridiculous prices at various hotels for the weekend. Grounds could use some cleaning but the staff were helpful and efficient.

Excellent service! We were able to check in early due to arriving in town earlier than expected. When we reached everyone was so welcoming & polite. The young lady at check-in (I think her name was Kiara) already knew my name, she even upgraded our stay to a suite because I told her I was in town for Hyrox. She said enjoy, congratulations & good luck. That was such a sweet gesture, not to mention it was my bday weekend. I will most definitely stay here again!

Easy to find the location and check in/out. Easy to find my room. The room was fairly clean, there were a few hairs in the corners of the bathroom that were definatly not mine- they were out of the way so I just left them. Pleasant experience.

We stayed for a week. Staff is very kind and friendly and check in was simple. Property is clean and the room was nice. Good location, easy to find gas, coffee, and food. We appreciated the oversized truck friendly parking lot. I was a bit surprised that housekeeping is not offered before the 15th night and there is no broom or cleaning supplies in the room. Kitchen is nice but this is the first time I've stayed at a Sonesta that didn't come with cooking supplies. A small coffee maker, and dishes for 2 people was the only thing in our kitchen. You can borrow pots and such if available in the laundry room but I didn't see this until our last night.

Very fluffy pillows and towels, functional and convenient appliances, and lots of space, including a great workspace! Ideal for my work trip. The people here are also lovely; they were even patient with me when I bone-headed my forgot I needed to check out before heading to my final conference day! Free airport shuttle also a major plus.

The facility looked a bit worn but cleanliness was sufficient and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen in the room was stocked with very minimal dishes and utensils and no cookware. If there was somewhere that had a selection of appliances as shown in one of the stock photos, it was not obvious nor did I see any signage for it. That was very disappointing as the kitchen was a main selling point for this location. We had planned to cook a meal our first night there as we were arriving late evening. Unfortunately, with no cookware in the room, we ended up just using the little coffee maker to heat water for instant ramen. If appliances or cookware for use are located elsewhere, I suggest noting that in the rooms.

Did not visit pet areas. Room was very clean. Some of the cabinets in the kitchen were broken but it was comfortable for one night. Did not use the heater because the furnace smelled horrible when we attempted to use it.

We had to move to a new room every week because of facility issues. 1st Room, the water in the shower broke. 2nd Room, something under the kitchen sink was rotting and causing a terrible smell. 3rd Room worked fairly decently. They turned off the water around noon and never turned it back on. In the morning, we only had cold water in just the sinks. We had to go to the airport without showers. Not a great experience.

Easy and quick check in. Close to food, highways, and airport. Felt safe there Staff was very friendly and kind- every staff member I encountered. Even the construction/painters were kind. Room was clean and stocked with essentials Towels were soft, Kitchenette had everything needed for a simple meal. The refrigerator was large and worked well there was even ice ! The bed, although a little small for my tall husband (6’4) but was comfortable The pillows were soft and we slept great. There was a mark and soft spot the bathroom ceiling from a water leak. this was the only negative. Overall a good stay for a good price in a convenient location.
