My three children visit and I visit Vancouver several times a year to visit my family. Since we have been doing this for many years, we felt that we needed a place of our own. Hence this condo. We love being right in the heart of downtown. Shopping is easy and doing activities with the children is even easier. My daughter takes ballet here in Vancouver in the summers and the two boys enjoy taking art classes on Grandeville Island. So it is very convient for us. we love and enjoy this place as we hope you will too.

Why Hellena chose Vancouver
The reason why I would choose this property is that not only has it been updated and renovated, but you also have a private courtyard, a very modernized exercise equipment and room, a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Grocery stores, restaurant, coffee bars, pharmacists, hair salons, dog groomers are all just minuets away. Literally all you have to do is go downstairs and out the building and everything is there. In addition, on a clear day, you can see the beautiful mountains peaks from the bedroom windows. It's a nice sight when getting up in the mornings.

A nice taste of city life.
This was our first time in Vancouver and we loved our experience in this wonderful city. We live in the suburbs so city life was an interesting change. Most of what you needed was in walking distance. Costco, Starbucks, local eateries, and drug stores are under 5 walking minutes away. This location is nice.
What we did not like about this property was the assigned parking spot and the maze of confusing turns to get to P4. The designated spot is suited for a compact car, not the rental mini van we had. Every ingress and egress was a contortionist and squeeze act since the driver side door would open to less than half way against a pillar. The other thing that may or may not bother you is the constant smell of Chinese food in the hall. These odors appears to be vented up from restaurant(s) below. Also, the gym and pool is not in the same building.
The owner of this property has been wonderful to deal with, very responsive and timely. The unit and location are showing some age and wear - you will find this if you look for them but what you should focus on is on joy and time with your loved ones when traveling. Hotel rating wise, this would probably be 3.5 stars.
Great location for exploring the City
We loved our stay in this apartment in Vancouver, it was exactly what we needed. Comfy beds, good bathrooms, and kitchen with great amenities (washer, dryer & dishwasher) meant we could have everything clean in our suitcases before our Cruise. It was perfectly placed with good links to the public transport (Skylink & buses), making travel around the city simple. Communication was excellent with the owner and we would definitely stay here again.

Truely a great location!
After reading all the reviews it’s pretty much as everyone mentioned in their reviews. I do love how secure the place is. The master bedroom is pretty spacious. It has pretty much everything you needed. It’s so convenient with train station is just around the corner, coffee shops, supermarket, drug stores, theater are all few steps away. It’s also a great place for people who love sports or attending concerts, those are just across the street! It’s also super close to Chinatown and hop-on-hop-off bus stops.
I love the view too, you can see the harbor center tower, mountains and sunrise through your windows.
I wished I knew to do my recycle more accordingly. I went down to the garbage room and saw they were separating all types of garbage very throughly, it was awesome! The nephew of the owner was also very helpful when we couldn’t figure out how to work a smart TV.
I will stay here again if I’m in town.
Thank you for your wonderful review. I'm glad it was what you expected. As for the garbage, one of the reasons I don't ask my guests to take out the garbage before they leave is because first off, getting to the garbage room can be a bit convuluted if you don't know your way around. Secondly, the garbage system is set up in such a way that if one places the wrong items in the wrong bins, I will get charged by the condo board.Vancouver prides itself in recycling everything.
The condo is very nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed.
I would Highly recommend this condo. It is in a great location and it is easy to walk to many of the great spots in Vancouver. We appreciated the extra touches such as paper towels, coffee for the keirug, and sugar cubes.
Watch the Canucks score at Rogers Arena, live performance at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Walk, run or bike around the Seawall to Granville Island or to Stanley Park. Pick from a plethora of world famous restaurants or simply hop into your car and drive 20 minutes to one of our local ski resorts and go skiing, snowboard and more!
