Hey, Fido! We know you want explore the new smells around OKC with your owner. And it can be scary to be left alone in a new house by yourself. Remind your owners to pack your dog crate with them. Or tell them they can rent one from us while they're here (for a as little as $10/day).
All guests will follow the Good Neighbor Agreement and will:

✔️ Not tamper, disable, block or remove the safety and security devices, such as the smoke alarms, CO alarms, Minut privacy safe noise monitor, and Ring video doorbells.
*One Ring doorbell is located at the kitchen entry door and points toward the sidewalk, steps, porch, landing, courtyard area. The other Ring doorbell is located at the front door and points toward the sidewalk, steps, porch, landing, front yard. The Ring is a motion sensitive recording device and operational 24/7/365. The host has access to the camera and the video recordings at all times via the Ring app. There are no cameras inside the home.
The home is treated for pests quarterly. In the spring/summer, the yard/garden has sprinklers that turn on in the morning, every other day. The lawn is mowed weekly (mid-week), weather permitting.
You’ll be interacting with our very experienced co-host, Lynn of Pro Familia Homes. A member of the team is available 24/7/365 via phone/text (# provided after booking).
Located in the historic Linwood neighborhood, the home is in a safe neighborhood on a quiet, corner lot. The neighbors have lived in the area for years and like to keep an eye on things. A few neighbors have dogs, so you might hear them in the backyard every so often. On nice days, you'll see families riding their bikes or walking their dogs. The OKC Fire Dept. Ladder 14 is a block away, so don't be alarmed if you hear fire truck sirens. During your stay, be sure to get out and explore some of OKC's best restaurants and antique shopping!
This property has two different access points, both with self check-in. For the Main House, you'll have a unique code to access the WiFi key box which has the kitchen entry door. Be sure to close the WiFi key box and return the key at check-out. The Apartment has a smart lock on the door (& back-up key, in case of tech issues). You'll be provided a unique code to access.
Guests will have access to the entire main house and the outdoor living area in the backyard (except for the owner’s closet, attic, and crawl space). Both fireplaces in the house are NOT OPERATIONAL. Any attempt to use either fireplace will result in immediate eviction and no refunds of remaining nights.
The Apartment part of the home is not accessible from inside the main house and shares no walls with the main part of the home. You can only enter the apartment from the exterior, south-facing door.
LOUNGING SPACES:

- Get your caffeine fix from the Keurig or drip coffee maker
- Let the full size appliances (fridge, dishwasher, oven) do the heavy lifting
- Pink retro bathroom with shower/tub combo
- Primary en suite bathroom has walk-in shower
- Shower products provided (shampoo/conditioner/body wash)
RESTING SPACES:
- Four cozy bedrooms (K, K, Q, K) w/comfy beds, linens & pillows
- The small sunroom has a twin bed and twin trundle bed
- The primary bedroom (K) has small en suite bathroom w/shower
- The other two bedrooms (K,Q,K) each have a mounted Roku TV
- Each bedroom has a spacious closet (except twin bed room)
THE BASICS:
- High speed WiFi throughout the entire home
- Washer/dryer located in the basement on Main House
- The dryer vents into a small container of water to catch lint
- Off-street parking in the driveway
- No street parking
- Starter supplies (trash bags, pods, etc.) are provided & may need to be replenished during your stay
HOME TRUTHS - MAIN HOUSE:
- Neither fireplace is operational. Attempts to use the fireplace will result in immediate eviction.
- Steps down into the basement are STEEP; you'll have to duck to get down the final 3 steps.
- Children should not be allowed to go into the basement.
- The historic floor vents can make the home a little drafty.
- The pink bathroom outlet & vent fan currently do not work. This is being addressed with our electrician.
HOME TRUTHS - APARTMENT:
- The kitchen/dining area floor slopes down ever so slightly
- There is no electrical outlet in the bathroom
- The bedroom stays a little warmer in summer/cooler in winter
- Dishes require hand washing. There is no dishwasher.
- No laundry access
While there are no sidewalks, the neighborhood culture encourages walking and biking. On any given day, you'll see neighbors out with their families or walking their dogs. The EMBARK bus stop is a block away and provides reliable transportation services for neighbors and tourists alike. Like most urban areas, having a vehicle is the easiest way to explore OKC.
