Secret Beach Citadel w/epic views & 10 min from pristine Blue Flag Ocotal Beach
Perched high above the magical Costa Rica coast line and treasured Blue Flagged Playa Ocotal, it’s a 2 bedroom, 3 level condo with breathtaking views and a roof top deck. Recently remodeled, it has 2 king beds and a steam shower.
There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor, both with a long shared balcony view of the ocean. Master bedroom has a new steam shower for your enjoyment. There's another full bathroom with a regular shower, as well.
The third floor is a terrace, with sun loungers, a wicker table, a nice grill and a counter space with a sink.
The first floor is the living-dining room, kitchen and office work areas. There's a walk-in pantry in the kitchen and it takes you to the laundry area, with our state of the art LG washer and dryer machines, and cleaning utensils and supplies. There's a half bathroom at the entrance.
The property has 12 condos. Ours is #4, on the first level. On the second level is the infinity pool, with pool chairs, a grill, a common area and, of course, spectacular views.

Antonio and Seidy host the property. Seidy is Costa Rican. As a pharmacist, she was owner of several pharmacies. Antonio is a U.S. citizen. He was in the recording and Spanish radio broadcast business.
He is also an artist, and almost all the art in the condo is his.

We love Ocotal for its mesmerizing view and quiet lifestyle. Yet, it's also just minutes from the shopping and services at Playas Del Coco. We can see across the Papagayo bay to the Four Seasons, Andaz and Planet Hollywood resorts. The Waldorf Astoria is set to open in 2025, and is very close to Coco.

All the beaches in Costa Rica are great, However, Playa Ocotal and its neighboring beach Pez Vella are both "Blue Flag" beaches. This means they are designated the highest water quality and also tested regularly.
Most boating activities, like fishing, depart from Ocotal. There is a very nice beach front restaurant at Ocotal called, "Father Rooster" as "Papagayo" means just that. The view is absolutely breathtaking.
There isn't a crime problem in Ocotal, but the property is gated and has 24 hour armed security.
