Quelle dĂ©ception Ă  l’arrivĂ©e!MĂ©nage non fait! Il y avait eu un problĂšme de logistique et de communication avec l’équipe de l’entretien mĂ©nager! Bref il aura fallu perdre deux heures pour que l’équipe fasse l’entretien mĂ©nager! Cela dit une fois fait l’endroit est trĂšs bien et les propriĂ©taires respectent la clientĂšle.Bien Ă©quipĂ© la cuisine est trĂšs fonctionnelle.Le BBQ a dĂ©jĂ  eu une meilleure allure car il n’est pas pleinement fonctionnel.

DĂšs que nous en avons Ă©tĂ© informĂ©s, nous avons rĂ©agi rapidement pour corriger la situation. Pour vous accommoder, nous avons : ‱ AcceptĂ© votre demande d’arrivĂ©e hĂątive, ‱ ProposĂ© un chalet identique jumelĂ© comme alternative, ‱ Et offert un dĂ©part tardif deux heures aprĂšs l’heure prĂ©vue. Concernant le BBQ, bien qu’il fonctionnait, il ne semblait pas correspondre Ă  vos attentes de performance. Nous avons pris note de vos remarques pour en faire la vĂ©rification complĂšte. Nous faisons toujours de notre mieux pour offrir un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able, et nous restons attentifs aux besoins de nos voyageurs. Toutefois, certaines demandes — comme l’accĂšs gratuit Ă  un deuxiĂšme chalet — ne pouvaient malheureusement pas ĂȘtre accommodĂ©es.
