Our group included two couples, a teenager and a dog and we all enjoyed our stay at this beautifully remodeled home which was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for a great extra long weekend getaway. James was the perfect host and quick to respond to our questions via text.
WE all enjoyed each other's company while gathering in the large kitchen for breakfast and sipping the delicious fresh coffee provided by the host for us to enjoy. We also found the family room to be super comfy for watching movies at night on the huge TV and catching a snooze. We loved hanging out in the backyard with its many spaces to gather and kick back any time of day. The layout for the bedrooms was perfect for two couples with a separate bedroom for the kids. The mattresses were very comfortable and we loved all of the attention to detail in the amenities provided to make all of us feel at home!
Thank you for having us, James.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful home in Los Olivos. From the moment we stepped inside, we knew we were in for a treat. The home was inviting and comfortable. The living area was spacious with a relaxing sofa and giant TV. The entire home was adorned with tasteful and unique decor.
Our group of four—myself, my wife, our youngest son, and his wife—found the layout perfect. There was ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The kitchen became our hub, where we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts and shared stories over steaming mugs of tea or excellent local coffee provided by the host. And let’s not forget our furry companion! The home’s dog-friendly policy made our stay stress-free. The backyard was a playground for our four-legged friend, who wagged his tail in approval.
The location was a dream. Just a short stroll away, downtown Los Olivos beckoned with its boutique shops, wine tasting rooms, and charming cafes. We explored the streets, savored the small-town vibe, and enjoyed some outstanding meals.
Our stay was more than a vacation; it provided a family memory we’ll always cherish. Thank you to the gracious hosts for sharing their slice of paradise with us and going out of their way to accommodate all of our requests. We’ll be back, Los Olivos.
