Graduation Stay

Family came in for graduation and had a lovely stay here. This is one of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed in, and we’ll stay here again when we make it back. Great communication and clear directions made the stay very easy.

Absolutely the best!

We stay at many VRBO houses and this by far was the best! Very clean and the host was wonderful! We will be staying here everytime we travel to Midland.

Beautiful, clean and comfortable

This house is very clean and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable for our family of 6 and the location is close to everything. It was really easy to communicate with the owners, but we didn't have any problems while we were there.

Beautiful property, excellent stay

The property was beautiful, clean, modern, & exactly how described! It exceeded all of our expectations. Our incredible hosts were promptly communicative & kind. The house was cozy & the fireplace was a wonderful touch. I stayed with some of my family & the location was very centrally located to everything. Definitely would recommend & would stay again!

Better than expected:)

I loved our stay here. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated! The shower was amazing!! Very friendly hosts who will go out of their way to accommodate you. I loved being able to use the garage during our stay. They leave the garage door opener in the house for you. Will definitely stay again when we come to visit.

Wonderful Stay!

A small group of us stayed here for a wedding and had a great time! The house is even nicer/better than the pictures show. It is in a great/safe location. The house was spotless and had everything that we needed. We stayed during some bad weather and having an empty garage to park in was a huge bonus! The host was amazing with their communication and accommodations. Best host we have ever been in contact with hands down. If we travel back to Midland we won't hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect weekend

Out of all the VRBO houses we have stayed in, this house was the best. The house is located in a very safe, well-kept neighborhood. The pictures do not do this house justice. The house is beautifully decorated. The house comfortably slept a family of 6. The owners were very responsive and did everything they could to go above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and exceeded. Thank you for opening up your home to us. Our next trip to Midland, we will be back!

Lovely Experience

First off, this property is lovely! It is wayyyy more spacious and beautiful than the pictures capture. The communication from the time I booked this home to even after (I left my wallet and the cleaning crew reached out to property management who reached out to me shortly after we left.) was spot on. Check in was easy! Merilyn and Xander were extremely kind and helpful. The few things that were a major problem was, the dishes, majority of them, were extremely filthy. like they were briefly rinsed of then wiped out and placed back in the cabinets. The cookware had left over dried eggs or grease in them, and the coffee cups had coffee dripping down the side so that really grossed us out. There was also a lot of left over hair in the drain. The water dispenser on the fridge did not work and the change filter notification was on. Lastly there were not many extra items as far as trash bags (only 2 total including the one that was already in there, paper towels and toilet paper. I communicated these issues with them and they were more than apologetic! Even those issues were extremely minute and didn't ruin our trip! We would definitely stay again
