This stunning home features a private, 30-foot by 10-foot in-ground concrete and tile pool, perfect for relaxation. The pool is open (though unheated) from May 12th through September 22nd, which is subject to change, making it an ideal spot for enjoying the spring season and last days of summer. Guests can also unwind on two spacious decks, a cozy patio, or explore the vibrant downtown Bethany Beach, located just 1.5 miles away. Here, you’ll find dining, mini-golf, shopping, and much more.

The home’s 2025 upgrades include custom-made Mon Ray soundproofing and noise-abatement windows, as well as flush-mounted storm doors. These enhancements, installed on the top floor and all bedrooms facing the ocean and east side of the house, create effective sound proofing space, ensuring a quieter, more peaceful stay. The all new Pergo One flooring was installed in the primary bedroom. Additionally, all four bedrooms and hallway game room floor was replaced with new, seamless Cumberland Oak Mohawk flooring. A new HVAC system and hot water heater complete the upgrades for the 2025 season. For added convenience, an elevator is available for guest use, making this home as functional as it is luxurious.

The 1st floor of this home offers a comfortable den with a sofa, TV, direct access to the backyard private pool, and a full bathroom with a shower. There is also a kitchenette with another refrigerator on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor is where the main entrance comes in, and is where most of the bedrooms are located.
The 1st bedroom has 2 twin beds, the 2nd has a queen bed and both share a jack & jill bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds, and both of these bedrooms also share a jack & jill bathroom. All bedrooms come with a TV for additional entertainment.

The 3rd floor offers the main living space, with 2 dining areas, kitchen island seating, and a comfortable living room with a large screen TV, great for a movie night. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to enjoy preparing meals at home. The 5th bedroom suite with a king bed is also located on the 3rd floor, and has the full bathroom with shower.

Sheet sets and towel sets will be delivered to your rental prior to your arrival. Guests are responsible for putting linens on the beds as well as removing linens and placing them in the provided linens bags at the end of the reservation. A Starter Kit is provided with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, a 3oz bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, and a 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
