* Upon check-in, you will be required to present your valid I.D. You maybe asked to leave your ID at the front desk so they can photocopy to keep on file. It will be returned shortly. Security is very strict and anyone not listed on the guest list will not be allowed entry.

*Aircon must be turned off every time you leave the apartment

* Please empty your trash daily. Garbage can is located just outside the Unit behind the left Exit door across the elevator.

*If you use the kitchen to cook, pls. close kitchen door and turn-on vent to avoid any smell from coming in and open glass door to balcony to let the smell out. Be mindful of the next guest that might be checking-in shortly after you check-out.

*This is our home and we take pride in keeping it very clean. As a Guest, you are expected to leave the Accommodation in the condition it was in when you arrived. all trash daily ,garbage can is located just outside the Unit behind the left Exit door across the elevator and do not leave dirty dishes. An additional cleaning fee will be charged against your security deposit if apartment is left dirty beyond normal use.Garbage can is located just outside the Unit behind the left Exit door across the elevator.

* You acknowledge and agree that, as a Guest, you are responsible for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of any individuals whom you invite to, or otherwise provide access to, the Accommodation

* White phone ( intercom ) in the room connects to the Lobby/Concierge only. If you have any questions do not hesitate to call them .

* Swimming pool and Gym is located on the Upper Ground floor (UG) and is available for your enjoyment. Pls check hours of operation.

* This is not a hotel so there is no maid service. However, towels and clean sheets are provided. Cleaning service is available upon request with advance notice for $20.00 fee/hr

* For your grocery needs, SM supermarket is one block east of 26th St. inside the newly opened SM Aura.

For fresh fruits/ produce and local fast food, Market Market is across the street from SM Aura.

* 7/11 Store located on the North Tower Ground Floor facing 26th St.

* For specialty shops and international delights, just walk 2 blocks North on 11th Ave. Pass the Audi and Lamborghini showroom and you will find Bonifacio High Street to your left and Serendra Mall to your right.

Nice place!

That apartment was very nice and well organized. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. There are two points of criticism though. The washer/dryer was out of order which was not stated in the apartment description or emails prior to arrival and the building staff in the lobby was rude upon arrived. Other than that it was an excellent place to spend 4 nights.

In regards to your comment about the washer/dryer and staff on duty, i am sorry for the misunderstanding. Washer/dryer was never listed under amenities therefore not mentioned in any of our email conversations prior to arrival. If you had brought up this concerns during your stay, I could have clarified it. There is a Laundrymat conveniently located on the Ground floor of the building.This is the first time that any of my guests had this kind of feedback about staff. Although they get great reviews all the other times, I still made sure that they are reminded that excellent customer service should always be their #1 priority. Again, thank you and looking forward your next visit.

"17 days at your awesome condo"

Our 17 days at your condo was awesome! It was clean, tastefully decorated and a safe place to stay. The staff was very helpful, polite and courteous. We liked the location because it was accessible to grocery stores, shopping malls and the must-see places at BGC, Taguig. Walking to these places was convenient and we didn't need transportation. It was a good exercise for us to walk almost everyday. Although we didn't have time to cook, we like the kitchen where there's everything you need. The hot water is a plus and the bathrooms are clean. We would love to stay here again in the near future. Thanks to the friendly staff and to the owner, Marissa Magno.

An excellent place to stay.

The description of the condo was accurate regarding the location & photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance & amenities. The property was clean & well maintained. The owner was accommodating & helpful with our questions or concerns. The owner even provided a starter snack of cookies & cold drink upon our arrival to the condo. There's nearby restaurants & high end boutiques & trendy mall called SM Aura & also market where you can find fresh fruits, vegetables, & local pastries. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody who is planning to visit Manila or Metro Manila, Phil.
