About Jodi Batten
We currently live in the Austin area and have done so for the past 10 years. I am a Texas Ex / Longhorn and spent 4 years here in the early 80's. We are originally from Louisiana and love to cook and eat great food! We live about 45 minutes west of Austin currently.

Why Jodi Batten chose Hancock
We like to come to enjoy Austin and often don't want to drive all the way back home, so we thought getting a rental unit conveniently located in the city would be a good investment.
What makes this Condo unique
We love this condo because it is only 1 of 6 units (2 /floor & 3 floors) and very private and quiet on the Northeast side of campus and directly across the street from St. David's. It is in a very well built building and with it being on the top floor (hence - penthouse), there is no one above you to bother you. You can not hear any neighbors even with only one common wall and there are two balconies and space to get outside. In addition, there was a W/D located in the unit.

Great apartment in a great location
We had a great stay in Austin! The apartment was really really nice and it was located conveniently near the University of Texas. I was there with my family for my sister's graduation. We were able to walk everywhere, which was really nice as finding parking can be very cumbersome. The apartment itself was very nice, we felt at home. We were 7 people staying in he place and, although a bit cozy, we were able to fit nicely. Thank you! :D
UT and Austin bus lines 1 block away; easy access to I35 and downtown
