Great location.

We loved our time at this condo on Marco. We have been to Marco for the last 4 years and this is the best place we have stayed. I loved being able to walk out to the beach for the day and watching the sunsets from the balcony. We will be back!

Wish we didn’t have to leave!

Large condo with an excellent view. More than enough room for a family of 5. The wagon and beach umbrellas were so helpful and the pickleball court was a bonus for the kids. Lots of great restaurants and a wonderful beach. We couldn’t ask for more

Amazing view

Our stay here worked out well. We walked to a lot of restaurants (even with two kids who wanted held)! The place has an amazing view with a large balcony. Bedrooms were sizable and worked perfectly for our family. Place was clean when we arrived.

The host responded quickly to any communication, for which there was little, to note. The location was absolutely perfect. The pools were great as well as the grounds and boardwalk down to the beach. Beds were comfortable and the condo was well furnished. We will definitely be back!!

Paradise on the beach

From the moment you walk into the front door the views from the windows are breathtaking! The condo was tastefully furnished and had everything we needed. I’ve been coming to Marco for 35 years and this condo is my favorite. The huge wrap around porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee and sunset watching at night. Pools were heated and rarely crowded! My mother uses a walker and wheelchair and this condo was very accessible. We were able to borrow shower chair from Bargin Basket. They have walkers and wheelchairs also available. Plus, south beach entrance (10 min walk) has a handicap accessible mat so she could get down to the beach. Rented scooter from Naples Mobility. Great communication with rental agency!

Absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect!

We could not have asked for a better vacation! The place was perfect and spacious! The amenities were great! We will definitely be back again. The person we communicated with was so nice and accommodating!

Wonderful

Everything about this condo was excellent. I have been vacationing in Marco every year in the beginning of June for 18 years. I have stayed at several places including house rentals, hotels and other condos on the beach. The Somerset unit 715 was one of the bests. It was very clean, perfect size for a family of 6 and great location. I was able to book very easily. I will definitely stay here again.

Great Place and location - furnishings need a refresh

The condo and location were great and enjoyed the beach and pool, we had a great time and hope to return to Marco Island. The condo was nice and the location was nice but for the amount paid per night it should be more kept up. ONce of the sliding doors to the deck didn't slide (there were 3 so we used the others but shouldn't have issues like this). Some of the furnishings (Living Room chairs and sofa) are a bit worn from use and could be redone/replaced. Biggest complaint is the king bed in the Master Bedroom. The mattress needs to be replaced, it is bouncy and not comfortable (it is neither soft or firm - just bouncy - I actually laughed the first time laying on because it was like a trampoline). After the first night and through the entire week my neck and back were killing me from sleeping on this bed and my wife didn't sleep well either. Had to get a therapeutic massage (not a pleasant resort massage) on the 2nd to last day because of this pain and it helped some but took about a week of being home on a good bed to get my neck back to normal and not taking Advil all the time. Hopefully those items can be fixed/replaced and would like to return, even with the "pain in the neck" it was a great vacation.

Beautiful ocean views

Overall a lovely property with expansive ocean views. On the downside we had only 2 access keys to the beach with 6 people which meant you had to go in groups. If someone wanted to go het lunch or use the restroom, you had to all go or let them back in. Very inconvenient. There were 4 key chains all should have had a house and gate key. There was also not enough lounge seating for 6 if we watched a movie together. We had to bring in patio furniture . Lastly it does sleeps 7. There are beds for 6 and a couch. Not a pull out. We had 6 but 4 were unrelated and one slept on the couch all week. So it really only sleeps 6.

Beautiful View of Ocean @ Sunsets

No screens on any of the sliding patio doors. Black substance in ice from ice maker. Upholstered furniture in living area needed cleaning. We enjoyed the shaded pool on north side of condo, and the beautiful view of the ocean.

Great place

We enjoyed the condo very much. The only problem we had was the musty dresser in the gulf front bedroom. Because of the smell, we could not use the dresser. The lavender packets that were placed in a few drawers was not effective.

This condo was all it was advertised for and much more!! Great views, great balconies, nice lay-out, and very clean!! Very spacious and offered everyone privacy!!Only update needed is living area furniture, which was still very comfy and ample seating! We paln to return!! Thanks for a great week!!

Marco Family Vacation

Somerset 714 did not disappoint! It was everything this family of 5 (16, 14, and 8yo) needed to enjoy a beautiful week in Marco. All of the comforts of home and overlooking beautiful beach and pool. We didn’t leave the property except for some meals out and a grocery stop. Thanks for a gorgeous week! We will be back!

Inside is remodeled nicely. Nice to have beach equipment on site. Beautiful corner end unit view. The only drawback we had loud neighbors yelling off deck late at night.

Need more keys with beach access. Only two sets for 6 adults. Guard station folks argumentative, not helpful and condescending over the dumbest things (Original check-in of second car, request to allow guest in, and arranging pick-up of a crib rental). Spending too much time in 4x4 box! Realtor was great!

Beautiful beach, sunsets are fabulous, shells and warm pool. Very comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 7th floor unit. Great security to this complex also. We would stay here again.
