Relax and unwind in luxury at Vacay Chalet. Nestled in the heart of the Aska Adventure Area, this stunning rustic modern build was just completed in October of 2023. Professionally decorated with designer furnishings from Restoration Hardware and Arhaus, this cabin is the epitome of luxury.
Inside, you’ll find custom details throughout, like rough-sawn beams, vaulted tongue and groove wood ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace spanning two stories, and hardwood flooring throughout.
The kitchen is a work of art with paneled appliances, leathered quartzite countertops, and a hidden walk-in pantry. Well equipped with everything you’ll need, from a Vitamix blender to a KitchenAid mixer. Complete with a 6-burner gas range, and a 9-foot island, whether cooking or just conversating, there’s plenty of room for everyone to gather together.
The main floor hosts the kitchen, dining, and living spaces, along with the mudroom, laundry room, half bath, and the primary suite. This open-concept floor plan spans three levels, showcasing an open tread rebar staircase connecting each level. The top floor finds a triple bunk bed, a dedicated workstation, and 2 private en-suite bedrooms.
The basement level finds entertainment galore. Compete with friends and family in foosball, air hockey, or shuffleboard. There’s a built-in full over full bunk bed crafted from reclaimed barn wood, each bunk with a television and charging station. The downstairs living room hosts a wet bar, poker table, and 75-inch flat screen with a Nintendo Switch gaming system.
For those determined not to miss a workout there’s even a workout room with a peloton bike, weight bench, and Bowflex select tech weights.
Both the game room and family room offer access to the lower-level deck, where you’ll find an outdoor dining table, sofa and cornhole boards. The open-air hot tub is the perfect place to unwind under the stars after a full day of exploring. Both decks offer seasonal mountain views, allowing you to take in the scenery from every angle.
Enjoy outdoor cooking on the gas grill, dine alfresco at the outdoor table, or relax by the stone fireplace on the upper deck, perhaps swaying gently in one of the two hanging chairs. Stone steps lead up from the lower deck to an oversized fire pit perfect for gathering around & roasting s’mores in the crisp evening air.
Located on a private oversized lot with a level one-acre front yard, there’s plenty of room for the kids to explore outside, and parking multiple vehicles is a breeze. There’s even a charging station for electric vehicles with a Level 2 EV Charger.

Thank you for your kind words! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the modern luxury of our cabin. We strive to provide a clean and cozy experience for all our guests. We hope to welcome you back soon!
Excellent location, quiet area. Kitchen amenities, and very spacious design allowed family to be together but also enjoy areas for relaxation. We loved the outdoor fireplace area with the swinging chairs. My one recommendation would be to remove the listing as a 5 bedroom, as it is only 4 bedrooms with a full over full bunk in the game room without any closet space or closing door for quests. This, in my opinion, is not a bedroom where guests can comfortably sleep, etc. I asked prior to the area could be closed off and was told yes, there was a door to close the area. This is not correct information. There is a door to the patio area, but no door to close this space off from the common area, and provides no privacy for any guest using this as a “bedroom”. Besides this issue, our family celebrated Christmas together and the cabin was in an excellent condition, and we really had a great stay.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the location and amenities. We apologize for the confusion regarding the bedroom count and will ensure the listing is updated. We appreciate your insights and are glad you had a wonderful stay.
Property was very close to town. Very comfortable furniture, very clean and they really paid attention to details. Very spacious if you travel with a large family. Game room was really awesome. The only thing is that we hoped it had a regular pool table to play. Maybe it could be taking into consideration in the future. Our kids love to play pool. Very easy access to the property. As a family, we won’t hesitate to return…Loved every minute of it. Home was awesome. As far as Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals, they really impressed us with their little details placed throughout the home. But the best thing was that they did was calling us shortly after arrival to make sure everything was good! That really was great! Thank you…
