With large open spaces, inside and out, this home is truly unique! Built in a "dogtrot" style, the bedrooms and baths are private and off to the south side of the home, while the living room and kitchen are on the north side.. This allows ease of entertaining in the large, spacious living room and kitchen area for some, while others can head to bed early. High ceilings, comfortable furniture, lots of wide open outside areas and an inviting patio will allow your group plenty of space to stretch out.

This beautiful home is equipped with hi speed fiber internet, so there is no shortage of bandwidth for all of your devices. Work from the kitchen table or stream your favorite show with ease.

The back porch is 10’ x 60’ and is the best place to relax. The lower patio features a king size outdoor bed. The upper patio deck has a full size outdoor bed and a 4 person hot tub. Lots of seating and room to eat, nap, visit…it is truly an oasis!

The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. The large room and tall ceilings are open and inviting. There are black out curtains that can be opened if you want to wake up with the sun or kept closed if you want to sleep late! The sitting area side of the room has a large television and a comfortable recliner sofa. Watch a movie or binge a series while you relax. The en suite bathroom is a garage themed - every guy's dream! The large shower is roomy and has a bench for comfort. The whole suite is great for families or couples. Just outside the back door of the master suite is the jacuzzi hot tub.

The second bedroom has a unique queen sized truck bed bed! Made from a real old Ford pick up truck, it will delight guests with it's special style. The hallway bathroom is just next door.

The hallway bathroom has a toilet, sink and a large freestanding bathtub. The barrel ceiling and cedar covered walls give the whole room a spa feel. Relax with a glass of wine and a bubble bath!

The living room and dining room are combined into a large and open entertaining space. The leather furniture, oversized coffee table and plush wool rug make it a room you won't want to leave. There are two twin trundle beds at the front of the room, providing sleeping spaces for 4 guests. These can be set up at two king sized beds also if that fits your need best.

The kitchen is quaint and homey- a cross between your grandma's house and a cracker barrel country store. Vintage advertising items are found throughout the space. Fiestaware is available for your dining needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with basics to make your stay comfortable. Bar seating for 4 and kitchen table seating for 6 is available. Along with the 10 person table in the dining room- you can easily sit and feed 20 guests!

This home site features a pond that has recently been installed in the front of the property. There are two 21 ft grain bin silos being installed near the main house for future rental space. The driveway has a new basketball goal for kids and adult alike to enjoy! The hosts are usually in the RV at the back of the property. A privacy fence separates the two areas, so you won't even see the hosts unless you need them.

This house is not in a traditional neighborhood. We are located down a dirt road that is 6 miles away from the nearest highway. It can get muddy with a lot of rain. It is private and quiet. It is relaxing and tranquil. Join us for a getaway and renew your mind!
