Nestled in this vibrant community, your home away from home comes beautifully updated with comfortable furnishings and modern amenities. The light-filled living room offers a pleasant space to sit back and enjoy each other's company with its gas fireplace, large TV, and ample seating. When you aren't hanging out here, the screened deck overlooks one of the golf courses and a peaceful water feature - perfect for afternoon reading sessions.

When hunger arises, the well-equipped kitchen boasts a full suite of appliances and all of the nifty gadgets you need to whip up delicious dishes. Off the kitchen, appreciate having access to a private office space.

The villa's bedrooms are equally inviting with their fabulous perks like soft linens, private TVs, and central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer, children's games, internet access, and an additional open-air balcony round out the fabulous list of amenities.

Outside of the community, enjoy exploring local attractions like the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, Freeman Arts Pavilion, Fenwick Island State Park, Discoversea Shipwreck Museum, and Viking Golf & Go-Karts.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This unit is on the 2nd floor and there is a flight of steps needed to get to the main level from the foyer.
The bedroom on the top floor does not have a door at the top of the staircase and has a half-wall that is open to the living room below.
The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
The bike seen in the screened deck will not be available for guest use.
Items on the desk including computer, printer, shredder, and monitor will not be available for guest use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
