CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if you cancel for any reason at least 60 days in advance of check-in. If you cancel LESS than 60-DAYS in advance of check-in AND WE ARE ABLE to RE-RENT your dates, you will receive a prorated refund. There is no refund If we are unable to re-rent your dates.
Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am. The County and HOA enforce regulations regarding noise from rental unit occupants. Noise exceeding typical conversation levels for a residence or residential community is prohibited between 10 pm and 8 am.
