This 3 bed/2 bath Courtyard Villa in the Village of Pennecamp! An incredible backyard oasis awaits, complete with a fire pit perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with your loved ones. Inside, the master bedroom features a luxurious king size bed and large walk-in closet with custom shelving. The first guest bedroom includes a cozy queen size bed, while the second guest bedroom provides a comfortable daybed with trundle, plus a desk and chair for those who need to complete some work. Fully stocked kitchen with all essentials needed to whip up some fantastic meals. Enjoy the outdoors even more with the two-person gas golf cart included, as well as the gas grill provided for guests' use. Book today for an incredible getaway!

Loved it!

This home was clean, open and well appointed. It was bright and colorful as well. The property seems to be well managed and maintained. Some thoughtful items were there to welcome us when we arrived. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of extra blankets towels, etc. There were many pleasant surprises waiting for us here. I would highly recommend this home especially for a family!
