The Rule: Please ensure the pass is left in the house upon checkout to avoid a $100 replacement fee.

## PETS & GUESTS ##
Furry Friends: We are pet-friendly! There is a $100 fee per pet to cover the additional deep-cleaning required to keep the cabin sparkling for every guest.

Guest Count: Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests. To keep our base rates low for smaller groups, there is an extra guest fee for groups over 6 to cover additional utility and linen expenses.
