Beautiful lakefront cottage with in-ground spa located in the Lanaudière region directly on the shores of Lac Sainte-Rose in Mandeville! Our stunning sandy beach and four-season in-ground spa make our chalet a true oasis of relaxation, no matter the season. Our fully equipped home features four bedrooms, six beds, a sofa bed, and can accommodate up to ten people. Several amenities are included in the price (small multi-game table with pool, air hockey, and mini-soccer/foosball). Our watercraft are also included (pedal boat, two kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard). From the cottage, you also have access to several hiking trails and Federated ATV and snowmobile trails. In the cottage, you have acces to HD TV, PS3 with several games, NES mini, satellite TV, Roku TV, board games for young and old. Located near a park, the Natur'eau Spa, ZEC, outfitters, 30 minutes from the super St-Jean-de-Matha slides and 60 minutes from Val St-Côme! CITQ permit (#296722) Pets are accepted under certain conditions and for an additional cleaning fee.
